Absolutely brilliant quality product. Used it for 7 years (and counting) and is still in very good condition. Spacious ✅ lots of pockets for all your devices. Very Durable ✅

The bag is not that much of a satisfaction. It's good but not as much as expected. Pros: 1) Large size. Can easily fit my lunch box with loads of books and still having space left for laptop. 2) Waterproofing claim stands up to it. I have been in rain twice with this bag with me soaked up in water completely but not a single drop of water inside the bag.(Can't say if it lasts long, but as of now it works) 3) The net of the pockets inside that bag is of pretty decent quality. 4)Comfortable on shoulders even when the bag is super heavy. 5) Chains are of awesome quality. Cons: 1) It does stand up to the brand name when it comes to stitching of the shoulder straps. It has made that tearing noise numerous times but not any major damage yet. 2) The net like covering on the bottom side of shoulder strap is very bad and it looks very cheap. 3) The is no thick cushioning at the back of the back or the bottom, so the laptop is not 100% safe if your bag takes a tumble.

The quality of the bag is as good as shown in the pictures . they have mentioned about water resistance (not water proof) i had a walk in a drizzle of rain without an umbrella and rain water did not leaked into the bag . has a lot of storage options as well . great bag of college students, office use and also 1 day trip . The orange coloured part of the bag will become a bit dirty after 4-5 months of use you can clean it with a wet cloth to keep its shine

Good compact bag

1) The overall cosmetic is good but the material is not that Good . 2 )Kind of substandard. 3) Stitching is ok ok type. 4) Definitely it's not water resistant. 5) Doubtful that it's 38 Ltr , I think its 34 - 36.
