I don’t know what to say I honestly don't like to put reviews but I think I just want to raise awareness not only as a consumer but this is a reminder to the seller as well.The item that I bought comes from the hard earn money I decided to buy something that my niece really want even you have a tight budget as you really believe that item is good and gave your niece happiness.However I bought Iphone 12(1,230 AED.)As I receieved it I was over the moon but the horror moment appear when I check the phone the camera is not working and the sad part if you hold it you get electricity from the phone and gives a loud whizzzzz sounds coming from the phone it is scary.Please seller when costumer give trust in your product please give a good product.I did returned my item but did not hear anything from seller nor amazon yet the status of my return item “says the seller accept the return item”then what will happen why refund is not given yet or why no info. What will happen next…for buyer at last choose wisely if possible buy the item in person not in online, use your hard earn money wisely.

Unfortunately, the phone is not working properly. When I turn it on, the Apple logo appears and then disappears, as if it’s stuck in a boot loop. Additionally, I can hear strange noises coming from inside the device, like something is moving inside.Very disappointing experience. If this is a manufacturing defect, it’s completely unacceptable. I hope to get a repair or replacement as soon as possible!

Good seller and sent the mobile as per description and it totally amazing like a new mobile

It’s been a week since I received this iPhone 12. It’s my first purchase from Amazon renewed device and I agree I’m positively surprised. When I received the package it was clean like it’s been never used . I really appreciate, and the battery it’s very good not as much as my S24 Ultra but good enough for my daily usage since I needed a small phone for my pocked to move around locations when I’m on duty
