Perfect pillow. Other reviews are wrong
Most bad reviews from Amazon are due to people not reading or using things the wrong way. I read some for this item that said they didn't receive the extra pillow covers & when I first opened it I thought I didn't either. Reading is essential though. The card inside let's you know that both pillow covers are just on the actual pillow. If you unzip the cover and remove it, you will find another cover underneath it like I did. So yes, it does in fact come with both. I'm an esthetician, I got these for my spa room & it's nice, fluffy, and comfortable for those clients with longer services.

True to size. Very comfortable and it's easier to work with when looking after customers. Love the fact that it has the compartments on the side to make the work process better.

Great pillow
Perfect to have extra pillows and covers for lashing. The pockets are a little sloppy, not tight enough and a little too deep as you lose small items to the bottom. Overall happy with my purchase

Loose pillow case
The cover is loose and the pockets on the sides are unaligned. Followed directions by letting it puff up for 3 days (it comes air sealed) but still doesn’t feel firm.

Comfortable
Our clients say the neck support helps and they are soft. Haven’t had any complaints after a month or so, like I did with the previous design I had without the neck support.
