Quality that lasts
Would recommend. Purchased as a requested gift. Great addition to kitchen for storage. Can't give wrong with glass storage.

Long lasting and functional storage.
I stopped using plastic storage containers a long time ago. These pyrex containers store the food without picking up flavors or stains. They're dishwasher safe. I sometimes use them to heat or even cook things in the oven with no problem. Yes they are heavier, but I think the benefits are worth it.

Sturdy glass, great large size - easy to clean, heavy
Large size glass food container with red lids. Glass is easy to clean, does not absorb odors or stains, and we use these for serving dishes for day to day. Red lids have only mild plastic smell (compared to many competitors) and fit well. The strength of the glass does make them heavy when full. With enhanced attention to cleaning, etc., these are a great size to shift incoming take out food into (so that those containers can be disposed of and not brought to serving area or table. This round shape has tall enough sides to make it good for foods with more liquid or sauces, etc.

A Must Have In Every Kitchen
These glass food saver dishes come in many different sizes and are a must have in every kitchen. I use them to save leftovers in the frig, literally store everything from nuts to bolts, and freeze leftovers for months. It's just two seniors in this household. I like to make things like turkey chili, lasagna, meatloaf, and pot roasts in large enough quantity so I can freeze extra for future meals. When I'm not feeling well, it's wonderful to just pop something out of the freezer and then defrost and reheat in the microwave so my husband has a healthy homemade meal. I wasn't kidding about bolts either. The small size rounds are great for storing everything from paper clips to tacks and nails. Keeps everything well organized.

Excellent Containers
These containers are excellent quality. They get 5 stars for how well made they are. They are the best I’ve ever purchased, by far. The lids are solid and have a perfect fit. Will be purchasing more. I’m so glad I found these.
