These are great for digestion. Added benefit of minty fresh breath. I crunch and break then take a glug of water give massive minty blast Work wonders for my digestion

Just as described. They seem to work good for my personal use i haven't had the bloated feeling I have had alot of wind I feel better for it. I've had no after taste i take 45mins before my evening meal
