I’m not a pro baker, I’m just a mom who shows love by baking. A lot. One thing I hate, though, is parchment paper. Wrestling with it, cutting it to size, trying to get it NOT to curl on the sheet. Ugh. Anyway, one day I had just had enough. I hopped on Amazon and bought these and am so glad I did! These work beautifully for most baked goods. I usually use them for cookies and biscuits, which easily come right up. They wash easily and store easily. I roll them up and keep them in a drawer. They lay flat and do not curl! I’m thrilled with them! If you bake even semi frequently, I highly recommend them.

The product came on time but the packaging was damaged. Still usable and washed it thoroughly before use.

I've been buying Silpat for all of my bakeware over the years. Occasionally, I'll still use parchment paper, but Silpat is my go-to for silicone mats. I've tried others, but the Original Silpat is the one I like the best.
