The quality of the bag is satisfactory, but I am disappointed with the packaging. The bag was packed in a transparent polythene, which raises concerns about customer privacy, as the product is clearly visible. Moreover, on the bill slip it is mentioned that the size was reduced to preserve the environment. If the brand is genuinely concerned about environmental protection, then using common plastic polythene contradicts that claim. A biodegradable or eco-friendly packaging option would have been more appropriate. I request the seller to be more consistent with their environmental commitments and also consider customer privacy in packaging.

The quality is not upto the mark. I bought this as a gift, the zip is not of good quality, the bag itself looks very cheap and the handle is very flimsy. The image of the product is very deceivable, colour is not the same either.
