Great value for money and simple to operate.
Feels very robust for the price. My partner bought me this to help with my recovery from a hip replacement, as I’m not having the surgery until late September I haven’t used it for long periods yet. A friend put it together for me - simple instructions and easy to do so long as you can kneel down. It’s a heavy package so you need 2 people/ one strong person to unpack and position it.

Much Better than I expected!
I purchased this walking pad with the intention to use it at a desk whilst working remotely. So far it has exceeded my expectations! Its quiet, stable, has some great features and seems to have a great build quality. The manual is very clear (including how to resolve error codes) and it came with the two bottles of lubricant and the tools for adjusting the belt. Before your first use they say you should add some lubrication to the pad which wasnt very difficult to do. Tightening the belt back is a little finicky as one side too tight will cause the belt to slip on one side. The instructions were clear in the case of the belt slipping which side to tighten more. The handlebar that props up also has the funtions which automatically turn on when upright. The remote works perfectly and the app is more feature rich than i thought as it can also be used as a remote to control the speed (max speed is 5km/h) Because of its size it can very easily be stored and can be moved around, just be wary it is quite heavy for its size (approximately 22kg) I paid 170 for it which is a steal at that price!

Great for walking and jogging easy to use.
Great treadmill. Easy to put up and use. I bought it for walking and didn't realise I would be able to run on it. It tends to slip if you go too fast but a gentle jog is fine.

Good solid walking / jogging pad with minoissue
Had it for a few weeks now, very good for the money. Only minor thing is the magnet on the safety harness is not strong enough to switch the reed switch in the upper console, you get a E10 error. I had a neodymium magnet lying around and used that instead. Great product let down by a cheapy magnet! Edit: Just to add after seeing people saying the belt slips to one side. Run the treadmill on the lowest speed then use the provided Allen key to adjust the roller on the back. If the belt is pulling to the left for example then either tighten the left side or loosen the right side, quarter turn at a time. The belt will slowly travel to the middle then tighten the side you are adjusting slightly to keep the belt there. Takes a few minutes but worth getting it aligned.

Dangerous, cheaply build and faulty
Avoid like the plague, I knew it was incredibly cheap and should have expected it would also be terrible. After two solid hours of adjusting the belt following instructions and official videos it still slid straight to one side. The belt itself didn't seem to be cut straight as the gap was different at top and bottom. Anything over speed 2 and it made a very loud clunking sound, trouble shooting suggested taking the motor apart (absolutely not doing that) or loosening the belt. Loosened the belt enough to just slide a finger under and it then slipped so violently the belt creased and I stumbled off hurting my knee. Dangerous, cheap and faulty oh and the best part is to return it as faulty you have to organise and pay return postage! Be warned.

Great walking/running machine for a beginner
I was looking for a basic walking machine without too many bells and whistles and wouldn't break the bank.. after searching and researching I came across this one. I love it!! ...easy to use and set up, different walking speeds so good for all abilities and higher speeds if you fancy running too. Very sturdy and comes with a safety cut off clip incase you should come off. It folds away nicely when not in use so good if your short on space and doesn't take up too much space when it's up. Highly recommend

Brilliant Customer Service
I had a few hiccups with delivery of this item which was no fault of the seller. However, the seller was very responsive to messages and communicated well with the delivery service to get my parcel to me. The item itself is fantastic quality and quieter than I was expecting too compared to other ones I have tried. It's very sturdy and does not wobble. It's rare to get such good customer support and I'm reassured knowing this is a company who truly cares and delivers what it promises. I researched this item before purchasing and read reviews. I liked it so much based on the that even my friend ordered one too when I told her about it. I don't normally leave reviews but this is a product I highly recommend! Very big thank you to Ling from the company for all her help with my questions.

Not as good as I hoped
I was so excited about this item but am mostly underwhelmed now I have received it. I’d hoped to move it around the house to whichever room the rest of the family was busy in, so I could still be ‘participating’ but in reality, the pad is quite bulky and cumbersome to move around, and noisy when in use (walking at 6km/hr). Furthermore, the track length is slightly too short to comfortably take a natural full stride and so I really need to concentrate to take smaller steps. The handle is good for temporary support but sits too low to allow comfortable use, or to watch an iPad etc. I got a good deal on the price and I will still use it when the weather is bad, but I won’t be using it as often as I’d hoped due to the issues outlined above.

We bought the model with the power incline and foldable arms/control bar. It's really nice for the price. Really only have one disappointment: the powered incline. There are three levels: 1, 2, and 3. At the highest level of 3, I measured an incline of 4 degrees. I checked it several times. That is nowhere near the advertised 9 degrees. Our Life Fitness treadmill is right beside this one, and you can really see the difference. Nine degrees on that beast is challenging! The wife and I really love incline, as it's an easy way to make exercise more demanding without a significant increase in physical impact. Now the good: * Great packaging. The treadmill arrived in perfect condition. * It comes completely assembled, which is fantastic. Sliding the device holder in its groove is so simple it doesn't count. * It really is very quiet. Quieter than our Life Fitness treadmill, which cost a lot more. * The foldable arms/control panel is really nice and make it easy to control the treadmill even without the remote. * It doesn't take up anywhere near the space of a full-size treadmill. * The small control bar doesn't block your view if you want to watch a show. Overall, for the price it seems to be a great treadmill. Smooth and quiet. Just wish it had some more incline. Strangely, I've noticed some people in the comments mentioning 9 levels of incline. The one we received certainly only has three. Maybe the model without the handrails/control bar has more incline levels. Either way, I'm certainly only getting 4 degrees, not the advertised 9 degrees.

I bought this treadmill on August 9, 2023 and waited until November 17th to leave a review. I didn't see any other walking pad with the speed, auto incline, pause option and optional handle bar online for under $500. It is sturdy and durable. It works like larger treadmills. The incline rises and lowers smoothly and gradually to 9, 7, 5, or 0 degrees. The remote works and the buttons on the bar work well too. The display is modern and clear. I can easily track my time, speed, incline, distance and calories burned. If you are taller than 5'7" or you have long strides I don't think this is the size for you. It is long enough for me at 5'5" 3/4 but there's no room for error. I have to keep my pace closer to the front of the machine. You can only go to speed level 4 with the bar down and up to level 7 with it up. Be sure to lock the bar when in use. Easy to move but not easy to lift (80 lbs). Once lifted onto the wheels it can be wheeled smoothly. The design is at an incline so even though the 0 incline option lies flat, the machine itself is diagonal or slop shaped so you will need about 6 or more inches of space under your bed or couch for it to fit completely. It comes well packaged. If you have the space I'd keep the box it comes in if you plan to move or put in storage. Cons: The magnetic string that stops the walking pad in case of emergency comes off to easily when it is attached to your clothes because it is short. It is needed when using the handle bar. You cannot swing your hands at your hips they have to be bent because they easily hit the handle bar. I don't see any information about whether or not it is ok to store it upright which would be ideal in my little space. It feels like it is made well enough to withstand being in the standing position but I want to be certain.

I use this treadmill with my standing desk, and it's a good combination. The treadmill's profile is just low enough for me to work with my desk fully elevated. I'm 6'3", and the treadmill's handle bar is a bit too short for me to use ergonomically. But I wouldn't want to hold on to the treadmill while typing, so that's not a big loss. The included remote control works well, even if the handle is folded flat. The belt is smaller than many treadmills, but that's to be expected due to the machine's portability. It's still large enough for me to walk comfortably. It's fairly easy to move the treadmill out of the way when I'm ready to lower my desk and sit on my chair. The treadmill may not have many fancy features, but it's affordable and works well enough. The only thing that kind of bothers me is that it stops after 100 minutes. As soon as the timer exceeds 99 minutes, the displayed time resets to 00 and the treadmill stops. If I press the start button, it starts right back up again. Update: The treadmill developed a new behavior. After walking for about an hour, it beeps and increases it's speed to 5 mph at random times. Stopping and starting it doesn't help, but unplugging it for a few seconds fixes it for a while. It's very annoying and potentially unsafe. I eventually determined that it's responding to a light source that it mistakes for the infrared remote. The remote sensor is behind the display, so I covered the display with electrical tape. That makes the display useless, but at least the treadmill stays at the set speed now. Update 2: After about 3 months of use, the treadmill started making an awful scraping sound and the motor started getting really hot. I only walked at about 3 MPH, and I kept the belt lubricated and adjusted as instructed, but the machine just couldn't take it. The plastic around the motor deformed from the heat, and there was a burning smell every time I used it. The seller graciously offered a replacement, even though the 3 month warranty had just elapsed. Update 3: I've had the replacement treadmill for about 8 months, and it's dying. It sounds awful. It overheats. The plastic under the motor is deforming. I don't expect it to last much longer. Update 4: I walked for 65 minutes today, and the motor got so hot that it melted a hole in the bottom of the treadmill. I had the treadmill on top of a polycarbonate chair pad to protect the carpet. The polycarbonate warped from the heat. I'm worried it's going to start a fire if I keep using it.

Have used this unit about 5-6 times so far. It works well and as advertised. It was extremely well packaged from the factory somewhere in China. When I went to buy a new treadmill, I had no idea there were so many to choose from - over choice for sure. I had the same treadmill for some 20 years and it finally started to fails. Trying to find the right treadmill at the right price is a daunting task. I use a treadmill every other day for 30 minutes or so and I don't run - just walk. This treadmill is smaller than my previous one, but for walking it really works well. The remote control works well and the display is very bright and easy to read. Missing from this treadmill is a cooling fan and a place to set a laptop computer (it does have a nice tray for a modest tablet computer). The controls are well lit and easy to both see and use. This treadmill is not Gym grade, but I believe it will last a long time for my home use. Update: 10-29-2023 Have been using this treadmill now for some time every other day. It continues to work well with no real issues or problems. Once, and I stress just once, the treadmill increased speed without me touching any controls and then is stopped all by itself as well. This issue seems to have been a onetime event. Update 11-07-2023 Once again while walking on the treadmill, it automatically switched to STOP mode and began slowing to zero MPH. No idea why this happens as I was only holding the handrails and NOT making any adjustments. Hope the manufacturer can identify this problem and fix it.
