Good stuff, but if you are a Gamer, hear me out
This is the thing to buy if you want to set up a 3rd or 4th monitor for your laptop. It works perfectly, as long as you are not putting any heavy workload on the extended screens. If you are using this for work purposes, I have nothing to say to you. But if you are a gamer, I'm here to warn you. If you don't have a beefy GPU for your laptop, setting up a 3rd or 4th screen that uses DisplayLink technology will hinder your performance, "By quite a lot". You might have silky smooth FPS for games running only 2 monitors, adding the one extra will occasionally give you hiccups and frame drops, and they are not for you to expand your game window up to 3 different monitors due to FPS limitations. For games that require processing power, you might not even be able to play at the setting you used to have, because part of it needed to be divided for your "3rd monitor". So please think it through before buying this gadget and your 3rd/4th monitor. Do you really need the extra panels, and are you able to sacrifice the performance power for them?

Data only USB-C Port Solution
This is the product needed to hook up two external monitors to a low end laptop. The USB-C ports on these entry level computers are often data only and do not support video. This product and its drivers allows video to be transmitted. It was an instant setup and performances fine with office software.

Fast and Works
Reviews here report it dies after a year or so of usage, I have been using it for about a month so we gotta wait! It works smoothly, I got another different adapter which was slower and it was noticeable.

It works with iMac m3
It works so great, I’m connecting a iMac m3 to two LG 4K screens. It worked initially with Sequoia and then updated to Tahoe and also worked great. Just make sure you install the latest version of the driver.

Good product to add an additional monitor ... so far
I ordered this to add a 3rd external monitor to my HP Pavilion 15 laptop since it only has 1 video output port (HDMI). The USB-c port does not support video output, only power and data transfer. I connected all the parts, and SHAZAM, it works as advertised ... so far (it's only been a couple of weeks). Time will tell if it stands the test.

Worked exactly as it says and it was painless
Completely and totally impressed! I set up a customer's Mac Studio M4 running Sequoia and this adapter was the only thing that went right. Remember to download the drive first and when I plugged in the second monitor it came to life. There is the option to duplicate or extend. Worked perfect. I was able to use the first monitor with the existing HDMI port and add an additional monitor using the adapter. There is still one more HDMI port so i could add a 3rd. Great product.

Macbook users, keep looking
Let the buyer beware. My experience with the WAVLINK WL-UG6902H Display Adapter paired with a MacBook Pro was initially very positive. Unfortunately, the device began showing signs of instability shortly after the return window closed, and its performance deteriorated rapidly. Since then, it has failed each time I have attempted to use it. I have IT training in both Mac and PC environments and followed all manufacturer-provided instructions and troubleshooting steps, without success. Overall, this has been a disappointing experience, and I would strongly recommend avoiding this product.

🌟 Excellent Product! 🌟
I recently got the WAVLINK USB 3.0/USB-C to Dual Display Adapter and it’s fantastic! It’s incredibly easy to set up—just plug and play—and instantly powered two monitors without any hassle. The image quality is sharp and smooth, and the adapter feels solid and well-built. Perfect for boosting productivity or creating a dual-screen workspace. Highly recommend!

I have two MacBook Air M4s connected via a display link adapter, and one directly connected to the main screen. The screens intermittently hang and then readjust, causing issues with my workflow. Update: After opening a ticket, I received helpful assistance and a replacement. I’ve updated my rating to five stars because they’re actively working to resolve the issue and provide excellent customer service.

Exactly what I was looking for. Macbook Pro M1/M2 by default restricts to one additional monitor, however this adapter along with the driver you download has allowed me to setup 2 additional monitors plus my laptop screen in a A B C setup, so I now have 3 extended screens all showing different content.

Are you a PC user and are just planning on using this under Windows? If so - stop reading - there are plenty of other more cost-effective options available. Move along. If you are on Mac OS on an M1 or M2 - then this thing is awesome. The WAVLINK USB to Dual HDMI splitter does what the Apple chipset can't - it drives 2 external monitors. This is not mirrored - they are independent screens. I was a little sceptical when i first read about this. You have to install a driver to get it working and I had visions of some unsigned software from some random source having to be fired up. Thankfully - the actual driver is provided by Synaptics. I'm using this on my MacBook Air M1. After installing the driver (DisplayLink Manager) and plugging in my 2 external monitors - all 3 displays (includes the laptop itself) are shown in System Settings > Displays. Clicking the arrange button allows me to set the locations of these monitors. The software also allows for rotation of monitors so you could run one in portrait for instance. Awesome stuff. You can elect to have the DisplayLink Manager run on start up or if multiple monitors is something you are only going to use occasionally - just fire it up when needed. Multi-monitor dongles are 10 a penny these days - but not for Macs. This is the first of its kind I've seen. While the current price tag of £58.34 is a little high - if you have a need for this then I completely recommend it.
