Nice touch screen, adds a mordern touch
Radio adapter cable must be really really pushed in at rear of radio unit. After that you can go in orig display screen to use music options...phone. service ect. Screen is basically for internet/phone.

Unsatisfied with this product it is listed as plug and play but it isn’t IStill had to takeIt to a stereo shop and pay $350 to get the CarPlay audio to work

Great upgrade
Great product, not complicated to install once your a handy man that is and you read the instructions. I recommend installing this in a bright place so you can find the best route for the wires. Initially I had the issue of distorted audio but I contacted the customer care email and they responded within a day. The issue was the ground a and ground b wires needed to be connected. Something I would have known if I read the instructions lol. The screen had great resolution and is responsive to touch. Definitely a great upgrade for the cost.

great price but complicated to keep setting up every time the car turns off

No audio, and poor customer service
starts up by saying YEEHUNG in a bright white background so have fun turning your car on at night. audio does not work no matter what you do, and i tried wiring it in every way possible. no way to use aux or bluetooth, and no instructions in the box to set up other than basic hardware installation. no instructions online and when i scanned the qr code for help in the box it pulled up a mercedes benz screen installation video. i dont think we are here bc we own mercedes.
