I am using this on a shower floor. Do i need to seal the floor after I use this or does it also work like a sealer ?

What kind of finish does it have? Is it a epoxy?

It is not epoxy. It is a cream-like liquid that leaves the surface with an even color and leaves the surface looking slightly wet. I consider it a "nourisher" of the stone that gets rid of the slight differences in tone that come with use. We use it on our black granite countertops.

How long between coats

On very absorbent surfaces, several coats may be necessary. We suggest waiting 30-60mins. before applying a second coat. The longer the product stays wet, the darker it will stay. Do not allow excess sealer to puddle on the surface.
