As expected. Very easy to inflate and includes tube to do so. I just blew it up and put the plastic plug back in. Job done!

A superb squashy ball for Pilates
A large size Pilates ball - which likes to be quite squishy. I like it very much and have three balls - each is different and is useful for different exercises. I recommend it!

It does the job, all this type of exercise ball should be fitted with a valve, most are not, just a plug, this one included, I presume it makes it cheaper to manufacture.
