We got the Beethoven bear for our son who is 3 months old at the time. This is the best thing we have for him by far. He sometimes gets fussy and screams if he is tired and nothing calms him down, but then we turn on the Beethoven bear and place it by his head and he instantly gets quiet and calm without fail. It’s truly amazing and a life saver. Can’t recommend it enough for babies. The music is also quite beautiful and it is enjoyable anytime day or night. It is played quite frequently in our household. One of my all time favorite pieces is Beethoven’s pastoral symphony. The others are great too. Personally I think it’s the best of all the Virtuoso Bears. The quality of the stuffed animal is great. And the bear looks formal and refined. Not only a great toy but an investment in peace for parents. Don’t think twice. Buy it now!

Not only is this adorable and soft and a pretty good size stuffy but it’s made with great craftsmanship, care and attention to detail but the music is fabulous! If you are sick of twinkle, twinkle little star and rock a bye baby, this is definitely for you and your child! It’s got back to back (we got the Beethoven) classical music with beautiful quality sound for a doll. I’m tempted to buy the Mozart one now! You won’t be disappointed! We have Ludwig now for a couple years and my daughter still loves him and the music he is playing. The quality is great and the customer service is the absolute BEST!! After a few years of heavy use, the music would not come on anymore. They did send us a replacement with NO hassle!!! Thanks again!!! Now Ludwig plays his music again ❤️

Adorable. Great music that is very quiet. I sometimes think too quiet, but great to sleep to.

When I was putting my baby registry together, I was beyond excited to find these Virtoso Bears to go with my music themed nursery. I bought Beethoven and Mozart. Baby was born in July and for the first couple weeks I tried to condition him to fall asleep to Beethoven. He didn’t seem to love it so I put Beethoven on the shelf until today. Baby is now 6 months old and we are getting him used to his crib. I pulled Beethoven out and he stopped working after 1:36. He’s supposed to play for 40 minutes. I’m very disappointed because the bear is in pristine condition, otherwise. I replaced the batteries and the bear works well. Overall I would say this is a luxury item that could be the perfect niche gift.

We were fostering to adopt a 2 year old boy and wanted to get him a “welcome home” gift. This has been perfect in every way. When it’s time for bed, we say “Ludwig, it’s time for night night!” And he gets in the bed with him and presses his belly. He is 3 now and we still do this during nighttime. He loves the music and the story of the real man behind the bear. The sound quality is perfect for little ears, and there has been no rips or tears after over a year of having him. Great product! I hope to buy the whole set soon!

Heard about Virtuoso Bears from a friend. I was tired of getting my little one toys that only play kids music, and wanted to see if there were toys out there that had music that both baby and myself can enjoy. Happy to say that I'm pretty glad with my purchase! I wanted to play it for my baby right away, but it didn't came with batteries. It was easily solved though - with a whip of a small screw driver, pop of a battery and we were ready to go! At first I was surprised that it required a screw driver to open the battery cover, but I discovered after a while of using that it was a good feature to have, especially since most battery covers easily come off and allow greasy fingers and tiny exploratory mouths to get access to the batteries. Not happening! The material of the plush is soft and cuddly, the audio device well hidden in the back of the plush, sealed away behind a strip of velcro. Music is pleasant and sound quality is good. Baby seems to calm down easier when it is playing! Will update feedback as my little one (and I) dabble with it more.
