Super refreshing and hydrating. Very useful for high activity sports. Pushes me during all my training sessions & the flavour is amazing! Not too sweet, not too bitter, just perfect!

One shot is a lovely idea, much needed in UAE and GCC and easy to pack, transport and slip into a bottle or a cup. I found that it works best between 0.5-1.5 liters. Zero sugar is great, tastes better over traditional hydration tablets, more tangy and less fizzy. gives instant feeling of nourishment after drinking. Ruman twist (pomegranate) was my favorite, although others are good. It’s also more about what it does than how it tastes.

Amazing hydration, even for playing sports out in the heat. And unlike other electrolytes, doesn’t cause acidity if you have more than 1.

As an athlete this has been very helpful, not only tasting great but also helped me feel rehydrated quicker than other hydration drinks.

Probably the best flavor they have so far, goes will with other supplements like creatine etc. I usually drink them post runs when I’m most fatigued and it feels so refreshing and the taste only does it better.

The flavor was so refreshing. Didn’t have that nasty aftertaste that electrolyte powders usually have. Strong balanced peach flavor. Pop in some water with ice and enjoy as a summer drink too 😄
