A little wait on the delivery but in all fairness this was ordered about a week before the holidays. So the sign was a gift, it was their last name displayed, yeah quite custom and they loved it. Their customer service is also great as it said it was delivered and when I called to see if they liked it they said they hadn't received it yet, the company quickly responded concerned about the issue. It was delivered, they were expecting it at the door. It was just in oversized mailbox. Great experience with them!

I love these! I got them for all the kids in my life! Super bright and fun to hang on their walls. They turned out perfect!

It's not neon,but it's pretty cool,it has a nice back board and 3 settings for brightness, my kid likes it so that's all that matters,

We bought this LED sign, to replace a similar, almost 70-year-old neon sign. The font is almost identical, and it works great; with less maintenance hassle, and lower power consumption. Would definitely recommend this product. We are very happy with it.

I ordered two signs from the same seller. First of all as I was looking to order these signs this seller had as part of the listing that it would arrive in time for Christmas. A few days before. Then after I ordered and was expecting the arrival, the delivery date was set back. Cutting awfully close to Christmas. Still no package, then date changed again to christmas eve. I am frazzled, then that date comes and goes and the date is 12/30/2025! A week after Christmas! These were gifts for my son and his girlfriend! Her first Christmas with us and her gift is not there! That alone is enough to totally lose all trust in Amazon Prime! Then when the signs finally do arrive, one of them looks like a freaking child made it! The letters are crooked and spaced unevenly. The color is way off. It should have been dark purple but instead looks light pink! For a guy’s sign!!! It is nothing even close to dark purple! It is like half the size of the other sign and is just sad and downright ugly! I am soooo bummed out! There is no quality control! Also during the whole waiting time and the arrival dates changing over and over, it was impossible to contact the seller. I bought one of these signs for myself months ago from a different seller and the communication was fantastic! We messaged back and forth many times. This seller has no communication at all. The contact seller options on amazon sends you to amazon help instead and says amazon is the shipper, which is not true because it ships from China. So once it sends you to amazon you chat with a bot and the only options to resolve any issues just keeps looping right back to my orders and contact seller again! Absolutely no way possible to contact the seller or even Amazon to resolve the issue! Now i need to return the one sign because it is absolute garbage and not useable and cannot find any way to do so even though it says I have until 1/30/2026 to return for refund! How! I am caught in this nightmare loop of no resolve and this garbage crooked powder pink sign that is supposed to be my son’s name that I paid $70 for!!! Do not buy from this seller, who knows what you will get or when you will get it. The seller doesn’t care or check how the final product looks because they know that there is nothing you can do about it anyway. Plenty of other sellers that want you to love the signs that you buy. Choose one of those sellers and avoid this one at all costs!

This sign was beautiful- being someone who makes signage for a living, I needed a quick personal project since I was backed up with customers and I took a shot in the dark given the price..but it’s very well made and comes with all the necessary parts and accessories
