I wanted to get the Ford OEM camera but this seemed like a better value.There is one totally bogus negative review that this has a bright blue light which is distracting. That really made be hesitate - however, I’ve NEVER noticed the light once.I installed the rear camera which does require removing some interior coverings. That might be a no go for some people. So if you’re not patient and are fearful of taking of interior panels - I’d skip the rear camera. If you’re even remotely willing to buy an interior panel removal tool and don’t mind taking some time to do a project - do it.Overall the app could use improvement but not a deal breaker.

The front install was easy- you can see all the action clearly. Became a little difficult to see license plate numbers on the move- (little grainy). The rear camera works the same-The biggest problem I had with this is the rear install- I had to place it on the right hand side of the window because the line would not reach to the center. Plus if you run it down the drivers side you have to flip it around to have the top pointing up.The electrical line was too short for the rear install. To get to the center of the window so your windshield wiper could keep visibility clean. Will need at least 18 inches but 24" would have worked better. could not see much on rainy days with where the placement of the camera is.

Would give it 4 stars if it had GPS speed displayed. There is definitely room for it inside.
