I feel a little better about ordering supplements from a known brand like Whole Foods. If they're willing to stake their reputation on it, I think that means something. These capsules are what I'd consider standard size at about ¾ inch long, easy enough to swallow. They are not odorless or flavorless like some supplements. I don't find the flavor pleasant, but it's not absolutely awful and I don't keep capsules in my mouth for long anyhow. In terms of efficacy, I'm still experimenting with Maca and can't say much. As with many supplements, there is the risk of a placebo effect. That said, I do seem to notice some increase in libido in my admittedly limited experience (currently taking one capsule per day). Time will tell whether it's all in my head.

I can tell a difference in my energy level.

I bought it because after having the flu, I was having issue staying lubricated during intimate acts due to antibiotics. Since I've used this, my partner and I've seen a huge difference while doing the deed. I highly encourage this.

I haven't noticed any differences yet. I'll update the review if that changes...
