Even now, I make a garlic infusion for garden pest control. Now finally, many previously unavailable herbal remedies are on the market. Was hoping these would help my anxiety but they’re more like mild relaxants. Not sure I would recommend, but I’ll keep trying them. Sleep is a little better since starting them.

I have been taking an Ashwagandha supplement for a few years now and feel that it benefits my mood and energy. I had not used this brand before but I was intrigued by the additional, beneficial ingredients they have added to their mix. I also take a separate ginkgo biloba supplement to eliminate the need for the extra pill. It also has St. John's wort, Gotu Kola, Bacopa Monnieri, black pepper (to help with absorption), Rhodiola Rosea, Rosemary, and ginseng. I always look for 3rd-party testing certifications and stated origin of manufacture and ingredients. The ingredients are tested, and they are made in a certified lab, so I have some confidence that I am getting quality ingredients. Supplements are not FDA regulated, so you have to take some of these claims with a grain of salt. The pills are a standard capsule size, easy to swallow and without taste. I am halfway through the three month supply and have had no ill side effects and I feel like the supplements are helping my mood, energy, and inflammation. Three months for $13 (at time of order) is a great deal for all these claims to be. I will continue with this brand after this bottle runs out.

We use more than a couple supplements. It's not always possible to know how well each is working individually when taken with others. Over the years I have learned to use the label and the ad to judge the quality of a supplement. I use not only what IS there, but also what isn't there. Agobi Brain Support PROS: NO fillers! Ingredients selected are good choices for brain support. Only 1 capsule per serving. Cost of $15 for 90 servings makes this supplement only 17¢ per serving. That's a very good price. CONS: Plants / herbs used are not organic. Lacks transparency on the label regarding where it's made. Country of Origin : India is in the product details, formulated in the USA is on the label. The definition for Country of origin (CO) is: represents the country or countries of manufacture, production, design, or brand origin where an article or product comes from. So, the item could be formulated in the USA, the brand name from India, and be made in yet a third undisclosed country. This is why I trust only the 'Made in (country name)', and want to see it ON the product. In this case, It does NOT state Made in USA, or India on the label. Notes: I use and review many supplements. I find this agobi brand to be extremely similar to Satoomi brand. Similar in the bottle, label design, even the fonts used. Either these brands are made by the same company and branded with whatever name the seller chooses (hence the 'manufactured for agobi' information on the label), or one company is making them all, or there is another explanation.
