It can be used to relax or you can find a preset that will give you a deep massage that really helps to relieve pain. You can use it with an app that is very easy to download to your device. Once installed it is very easy to use and it adds a lot of features. I am very pleased with this purchase. I highly recommend the SKG Cordless Neck Massager.

It worked great the first 3-4 days I used it. After that, the TENS system just felt like it was shocking my neck, where before it felt like a really nice electric muscle stimulation. It seems like it must be malfunctioning, I'm not sure. But I would not recommend because it only worked for a few days.

I do have to admit this this works well with the back of your neck or your upper neck area. I'n my case I needed it to work between my shoulder blades and it did not reach the area I needed it too. The heat works really well and you have to be careful with the intensity settings as it's also a Tens unit. If you crank up the intensity to max you will feel like you have a Tens unit on full strength. This massager combines vibration/heat and a Tens unit as one. There are preset settings you can use and the joystick type controller on the side of the unit allows you to adjust settings based on your needs. I'n my situation a Tens unit makes my issues worse so this did not help me much. But for some people having a Tens unit with vibrations may help with pain relief. I give it a solid 4 stars based on design and function. This is a great quality unit but it did not work for what I needed it to do.

This is a tens unit with a vibrator / heat. Not a massager. I am sorry but when your neck is in knots you need a massage. It is also a bit noisy.

I was skeptical about how well this would work. I carry my stress in my neck and shoulders and I was worried that this device would not apply enough pressure to provide any relief. I was wrong. It doesn’t provide a lot of pressure, but the strong vibration options, along with the tens, and heat has been a game changer. This has become a permanent fixture on my neck. It was definitely worth it and I would purchase it again!

Exceeded expectations. My partner loves it. It is very soothing and relaxing. Portability is great and battery life is good. Came with a nice cloth bag for storage. Many and varied massage programs available. App control is excellent. Would recommend.

Love this set of neck massager! It gives out strong pulses and warm to soothes the neck. After downloaded the SKG app, the neck massager connects easily and I could customised my intensity on both vibrations and heat. I could also add on new massage programme that it’s not on the switch using the app. Oh! I forgotten to mention about the comfort cushion that wraps around my neck! It feels so comfortable and soothing! Love that it also folds small that it is portable for keeping it in my bag if I want to bring it along for travelling.

This item burns and gives electric shocks. Further I have spent 30 minutes trying on Amazon site to get a returns form, site will only give me self help info but not return - shameful.

It is much better than the previous version, and with the app working as intended and a good user experience, it is a tremendous investment if you have neck issues. I highly recommend it.
