Can’t speak to its intended use. Years ago I bought this same brush in a kitchen store to remove silk from ears of corn. Best little gadget ever works like magic. Lost it and have looked for years for same thing. Tried several others that didn’t work half as good but were 3-4 times as expensive. Ran across this and my kitchen is now complete and for a great price! Try it and tell your friends!

This was recommended to us by our OT for my son. This helps him with sensory input and helps with regulating his nervous system. Love this gadgets as it’s helped us overcome a few issues with my toddler.

I bought these for the soft bristled nail brush and am pleased. The soft bristles can slip under my (short) finger nails to clean dirt from gardening or sawdust after a day in the wood shop. They are also kind to my cuticles. Harder bristle brushes tear up my hands. They are a nice size and easy to handle. Dimensions: 3 1/4" length; about 1 3/4" width; 1" depth with bristles a tad over 1/2" long. I am not sure how durable they will be; one bristle on the edge bent after a couple uses but the rest are fine. One drawback is that there are no holes in the top. So I shake the water out of the top before I put the brush down on the bristles to drain.

Effective ans calm my son

I liked the softness of the bristles as my daughter has sensitive skin . The design over all seems to work! I bought this product as my daughter has problems calming down at bedtime or when shes over stimulated and i brush her body ( not her hair) from head to toe. She thinks it tickles but i can see that after using it a few times she is getting usto it. It does calm her down and makes her refocus for the most part just make sure your doing this in a calming environment. I personally am willing to try anything to help my daughter except medications so this product has fully helped for the reasons i bought it! Thanks for making this product available for every day people to buy we appreciate it and encourage you to keep bring new items out!!

This sensory brush conforms to the latest specification of Wilbarger Deep Pressure and Proprioceptive Technique ( DPPT) and this is very very different from earlier obsolate version of Wilbarger Brushing Protocol (WBT) qualified brushes usually available in market. The corn-hairs of the brush are quite soft but fine toned for the appropiate deep-pressure impact to the skin nurves. The brush is hardy and long-lasting for at least 4-6 months even after heavy usage on daily basis. The product was packaged well and each brush was kept inside separate good quality plustic boxes. I brought this from Help Them Shine seller who was offering competitive price and did quick shipment.

Definitely helps with sensory processing disorder. I get so much calmer after using my brush.

Brush quality is good. Only thing is packaging quality is very worst. Brush are not damaged, but the small plastic cover in which the brush are packed are cracked very badly. This is very costly product. Saler must have to do entact packaging. I kept the product, only because the brush are not damaged, otherwise I will returned it.
