Worked well for a few months, only used the vaccuum feature and was happy with its performance. Then out of the blue started getting all kinds of error codes causing the vacuum to stop. I tried cleaning it out and replacing parts, I did follow the app suggested steps to resolve the corresponding error codes but no luck. Would not recommend this product at all.

I received this in Fall 2024. As a pet owner, absolutely loved having it do a daily vacuum to cut down on pet hair. With that said, if anything goes wrong, you're on your own. I've repeatedly tried reaching them for an error and have no response. Unfortunately I'll need to buy another vacuum just six months later. If their support team was available, I'd rate it well. It maps the house, can create no-go zones, etc. but for the price paid, and only six months of use, I would definitely not recommend it.

Vacuum was good initially first 3 months. Last 4 months have proven to be a constant IT issue every time I try to use it. I don’t recommend this product

I bought this robot vacuum and mop because I wanted to free up more time for myself. Instead of constantly vacuuming my dogs and cats, I wanted this device to do the annoying task. So after careful selection, I chose HONITURE Q6SE, and it completely exceeded my expectations! First of all, the packaging of the device is very good - it comes in 3 boxes! This couldn't be safer. Setup and installation were very simple, he first had to inspect the new terrain, which took about two passes to determine its area of operation, and then move systematically and evenly through the room. It also overcomes the more difficult areas, and you'll receive a message on your phone if you get stuck. Dogs and cats quickly get used to their new roommates. After two days it was completely integrated into us. We have tiles and parquet floors everywhere and the place is vacuumed very well. This is my first robot vacuum and I'm very happy with it!

Do not purchase any products from this manufacturer. Catches on fire. Thank GOD my son was home when it happened. It could have caught the house on fire.

For the price you pay for this robot vacuum vs other name brands you just can’t beat it. Suction is strong. Vacuum itself is intuitive in its cleaning. Spare parts are readily available. And as long as your expectations on the mop function are realistic, the mopping is more than sufficient. I would absolutely buy again.

It’s got a low profile so it’s very easy to get underneath tables and such as shown in my video. This one has two brushes, and my first one only has one. Super fan of this. Feels like it gets more dust and trash from the floor than my other.The mop feature is great too! It’s not a super hard scrub, we always spot scrub problem areas beforehand but it is great at keeping loads of buildup from accumulating between thorough hand mops. Very easy to get into that mode. Literally fill the reservoir up with water and attach the mop pad attachment. It’ll detect it automatically! It’s that easy!It cleaned 12 cubic meters in about ten minutes which is a good average living room area. So fairly quick! The convenience of it being connected through WiFi and through the app is a huge bonus. To be honest I’ve gone in after with a regular stand vacuum and it didn’t have much to pick up! I always run the Q6 at a boosted suction to really get in there. We have a dog and it picks up hair and dander really well.The app is super easy to use and divide out the house with. When on first use it maps out the rooms and the areas to vacuum and they are excellent and accurate!I really do love the price point for what you get. If I had any qualms, it would be that it takes a little longer to find the base than my first one. Which really isn’t a huge deal given that I moved the base on it (I know, rude as heck) and that it saves me so much time by doing work when I’m not home!Also their customer service is speedy and attentive! I had a drive component malfunction on my previous device, and was sent new wheels and drive components that arrived within a week! Problem and crisis averted!Treat yourself and get this vacuum!
