This Maca Root is amazing. I am taking for hormonal balance (perimenopause). This definitely gives energy, helps with my hormones, and increases sex drive. I'm on my second bottle. I chose this one because of price, the inclusion of black, red, and yellow maca (with black pepper fruit to help my body absorb it), and because it is gelatinized maca which is important for our body to utilize it. I plan to put this one on subscription so I don't run out. I personally take just 2 a day though the recommended serving is 3 capsules. However, I am grateful they didn't make the pill size larger to cram a full dose into 2 pills...if I ever feel that I need more, I'll just add the third capsule.

I have been taking the product, but haven't really notice any difference. The product doesnt have any favor which is really great to put it one any drink. It doesnt upset my tummy at all.

It tastes like Honey. Not sure if its as effective as the previous Maca I was taking but my mood has increased tremendously since taking maca drops and adrenal support vitamins. You may not notice unless you are seriously deficient but I've gone from depressed to doing fine, which is huge.
