This is a great Crochet Hook Set. The light is helpful with dim lighting and darker color yarn. The quality of the product is good with the hooks being a hard plastic that actually glide thru the yarn easily. Makes the crocheting speed faster for me when working on projects. The hooks are not heavy or bulky, and the size of the lighted handle is actually easy to use and comfortable.

I got this as a Christmas gift for my 80 year old mother in law and she absolutely loves it. It helps her to see better and counting. She takes it everywhere she goes. It feels good to have found something she really appreciates and keeps her busy. I highly recommend this for anyone with experience or none at all easy to use and helpful for learning!

It was time for an upgrade to something more advanced, and I believed this set would be perfect for me. One of the standout features is the built-in light, which is incredibly helpful because I’m a night owl and often find myself crocheting late into the evening. Let me start by mentioning that after I purchased the set, it sat untouched for a little while since I was in the middle of another project. I’ve always thought it’s bad luck to switch hooks while working on something, so I resisted the temptation. When I finally opened the box, I discovered that it lacked a crochet base, which was a bit disheartening at first. However, I decided to focus on the hooks themselves to see if I liked their design. To my delight, I loved the way they felt in my hands. They were smooth with no ridges or bumps, which made the wait worthwhile! Within less than 24 hours, I received a second set, and I was completely smitten. Crocheting with these hooks was an absolute dream. The experience was fast and effortless; the handle that I initially thought I’d need to adjust to felt perfectly comfortable within moments. It genuinely reminded me of the satisfying ease you get when you open a fresh tub of butter and scoop it out with a knife—there was no catching or pulling involved! I originally brought this for a woobles set, because i cannot count to save my life when it comes to crocheting an adorable frog. However, i eventually used it bit more and more beyond that for the whole month. I'll list positives and negatives below + It does have a light source on it, which have three settings- super bright, dim bright and no light. + The measurement crochet hooks on it is changeable, allowing you to utilizing it more and save money instead of running out to get that specific hook you need for a certain project or a particular yarn by using a small wrench tool in it that let you unscrew / screw the crochet hook tip on it. + Rechargeable, that way you don't have to worry about replacing tiny batteries that is almost nonexistent to find in stores. + Does come with a different handle that you can put on, the one without light, buttons and screen on it. + / - each crochet hook tip have a number printed on bottom of it, but it's it's really hard to see it due of the fact it's been printed on a transparent base. Should have a manual mentioning this, i almost didn't notice those until i looked at them really close up under light. I noticed this right away, of course, but i had to comment this because if i think about it, i buy this one, give it to my grandmother / aunt, and let them try it out... no doubt they would be upset and struggling with this. It only just comes with this piece of manual saying you just press button to turn light on, press button to add a count on stitch/row, hold a button to remove a count on stitch/row or resetting whole thing. - when it comes in this cute booklike case, they made a mistake. They neglected an manual to include in it, that meant to inform you that there's a oily substance on most metal crochet hooks and you were supposed to clean it off first before using it after screwing it on. It got some of my foundation chains all oily. I had to clean them off with some rubbing alcohol. - If you're a knife-style holder yarn crochet person, this is not great for your hands because if you want to use it while using it to keep track of stitches and rows, you have to "modify" the way you hold it, so you can reach the buttons to press while crochetting it. I suspect that this is great for people who holds a crochet hook the pencil style. If they want to compromise and improve it, i would like to see the buttons move up a little closer on handle so it's just under the black part, instead of close to the screen. - the quality made on it is pretty good, but you have to be really gentle when using the tool to screw it on, it felt like it's about to snap off if you try to twist it around. (Note that I'm a mechanic, so my strength is slightly higher than a normal person. may better disregard this part though) - from 2.0 to 6.0 crochet hook tips, i had no issues using those but when you move up to 6.5 all the way to 12.0, heck it even have 14.0! There's a problem with those. When you use those metal crochet tip hooks while crochetting, be really mindful how you move the *metal* crochet hook forward and back. The area on bottom of it where the wrench goes in, it ends up doing a "hand saw" effect, cutting into yarn itself a little by little. I didn't realize this until i was few rows in, to spot the damages on yarn strings. [Plastic crochet hook tips on it doesn't have this issue, only metal ones] And lastly, Amazon actually have an issue with seeing too many lookalikes sets like this, i had a hard time finding which one is good or not, I wanted to get one and go but instead i had to spend an hour and half looking into each one individually, checking the crochet tip hooks, what does it have, what doesn't it have, etc... Even the prices differences is considerable between. I ends up going with this due of my impatience winning me over.

I love this thing so much! It helps soooo much when working with yarn that’s hard to see the stitches. Definitely worth the money. My new favorite crochet hooks. The size is small enough to take traveling. I love the color. The yarn just glides over the hook, and I feel like I crochet faster with these hooks. The hooks are plastic, but I’m really hard on my hooks and I haven’t had any of them break. They seem of good quality to me. TIP- when changing out the crochet hooks, use the tool. Turn it until it clicks! I promise you won’t break it 🤣 I couldn’t figure out why mine kept falling off while crocheting

Working good so far. Easy to hold on to and doesn't make hands cramp. Light is quite bright and very helpful with darker yarn. Haven't used the tiny hooks so I don't know how sturdy they are but mid sized hooks are good. Larger hooks do wobble in handle and grip will spin around handle. The wobbly hooks are the only reason I would rethink purchasing.

Love these! I take these with me everywhere. I find it more convenient to have every type of hook size nearby at anytime than I tend to use the light feature. But, I do use them at night too. The light has three different settings: Bright, low, and off. The brightest one is great for when you're crochetting in dark or near-dark settings, and i like to use the low setting when im watching TV. This is an awesome product for people wanting to crochet in darker areas or if theyre traveling and want to bring more hooks with them. The battery also lasts a long time. I don't charge it that often! Great product.
