I am super picky about vitamins and hate that horrible “vitaminy” taste. You know which one I’m taking about. I have tried everything under the sun since my 2022 VSG surgery: Chewables, bariatrics, pediatrics, and liquids, and most of them are awful. Simply awful. They either make my stomach hurt, causes nausea, have that wretched aftertaste. NOT THIS ONE!! WOW!! MaryRuth’s Liquid Multivitamin & Hair Growth liquid is AMAZNG! No horrible taste, easy to take, no stomach upset, and no nausea. The ingredients list has all good things in it. I take 2 tablespoons a day, and have been taking it a few days. No jesting here—I can feel the difference!! I feel great! More energy, better mood, just a general sense of feeling energetic and good. Because of that, and the lack of nausea, I’m going to say the absorption is pretty good. I will keep buying this and taking this because it is the first vitamin that I have taken since my surgery that feels like it’s actually working. Two big, BIG thumbs up. Great taste (for a vitamin), easy to take, easy on my belly, not so easy on my pocketbook, but inline with other vitamins I have taken. Very highly recommended.

I waited to write a review to see if I saw results. I am now on my 3rd bottle and can say that this works! My hair is no longer shedding and my hairstylist who didn't know I had been taking the vitamin commented on how healthy my hair was after not seeing her for 4 months. I cut my hair short and it has grown back quickly. I like the taste but it is sweet. It tastes better cold. It's very easy to use with just 2 tablespoons and the bottle lasts a long time. I did notice higher energy as well. The ingredients seem great and I feel the liquid absorbs better. I will definitely keep using. Keep at it and you will see results.

I started hrt pellets over a year ago, and once I did.. there went my hair. Coming out in literal clumps, I would shed all day long, huge amounts. Forget about when I washed it.. sooo much came out. Then, brushing it after I got out of the shower.. more clumps. I don’t know how I still had hair tbh. I was even on prescription hair loss medication that did absolutely nothing. I would dread even touching my hair, because it would just fall out. This stuff is expensive. No denying that. But, it works. It’s not an overnight miracle, really not even a 2 month miracle. It takes time to work. At least for me. I was going to give up after the second month, because I didn’t notice too much of a difference.. but I had it on autoship, and forgot to cancel, so I received another bottle and thought, might as well. Welll obviously after that 3rd month.. I’m hooked, and have to purchase this stuff on the regular now. I still shed, mainly on hair wash days after I get out of the shower, but it’s a “normal” amount now, NOTHING like it was before. It’s getting thicker, and there’s tons of little hairs coming in everywhere. I also think it might be helping my acne a little too. I went on vacation for a week and forgot to bring the vitamin with me (I was devastated when I realized I forgot it at home) and by the time I got back, my skin was broken out again. I haven’t noticed much as far as energy level goes, but maybe it’s helping with that too. Idk, but I’ll stay on it just for the hair benefit. It’s wild how much it’s helped. My eyelashes are even long again. The taste isn’t horrible. I used to mix it with a little juice, but now I don’t even do that anymore. I just take 1 tbsp straight and chase it with juice. It’s just really vitaminy (well aware that that’s not a word 🙃) tasting. It’s expensive , but worth it if you’re having hair loss from medications etc. This stuff isn’t going to restore your hair follicles if you’re balding, though. That’s a whole different story. But it will stimulate growth if you’ve got some shedding issues. 10/10 recommend. ✌🏻

I liked this vitamin a lot and I can say that it did help with my hair growth, making the brand good quality in my eyes. It was very easy to use – you just take a dose of it (about a tablespoon) per day and make sure to keep it in the refrigerator. I have been impressed. Of course fingernails grow quickly and hard even while this was not my desire. The couple teaspoons each morning are tasty and it did not take long for my thinning hair begins to feel more manageable. I cannot say it improves on new hair growth yet the strong nails, stronger looking hair and possibly skin feels healthier, plus you are getting needed vitamins in liquid form I believe is better.

I’ve tested this starting 10/13/2024 while also getting a filtered shower head. I had the liquid vitamin first and was taking it and then stopped to see which worked better the vitamin or the filtered shower head. I stopped for a brief bit of taking this and realized I must be lacking something that these vitamins helped with. My hair was falling out in clumps. Started taking this and my hair stopped falling out. I stopped taking it (again to test if it was the filtered shower head or the vitamins) and turned out it’s the vitamins. Also it being in liquid form helps me so much. I have tried pills in the past and a lot of different pills to take and I had a feeling of them being stuck in my throat constantly even if there was nothing there but it felt like it. Also I do not get sick after taking this, whereas as with pills even if I ate before taking them and digesting some I would still get a sick feeling. I also feel better taking this and have energy when lately I have felt exhausted before I found this. Honestly for what it does is worth the money and they make it easier for me avoiding taking pills/gummies. Honest opinion on the smell it wasn’t the best smell but it wasn’t bad either. Taste, is good I cannot complain about the taste. I prefer just peach over mango but the blend is nice. I have looked at other items from Mary Ruth’s as well as I just bought this one as a tester to see how it worked and I will be buying others since this one really works! My hair has grown but also without it falling out in clumps helps me keep more of my hair and give it a chance to grow instead of losing more. I wouldn’t say it is a rapid growth like over night but my hair has grown a bit faster in the last couple months than it has my entire life. I’m hoping this will help my hair continue to grow and grow past the middle of my shoulder blades as my hair seems to stop there.
