Works great no streaks
Love this mop. No streaking and easy to use. Even has a light on the front. Easy to use and get everything up while sterilizing without chemicals. Great value! We have had this for two years and bought a second one for out cabin!

Terrific cleaner
This is a terrific floor cleaner. The steam cleans my timed floor so well and the finish is lovely, matte and flawless. It works very well also on our luxury vinyl plank flooring. It doesn’t leave anything too wet. It’s an effortless cleaner and I love that the pads are detachable and machine washable, which I have done and they came out great, as new. It’s also very lightweight and easy to maneuver. Highly recommended.

Read this honest review!!! Absolute junk!! Do not buy.
Final review after 1 year of ownership: Absolute junk. This thing runs a premium price tag. Looks very nice. And upon first use you feel you got your moneys worth. You will quickly find out that it’s a pretty package for a very poorly thought out device. The mop head stores water. With no way to drain it… that water turns rust brown. And it drips all over the place when you cary the device back to storage. It also takes FOREVER to get hot. Like, I can clean my whole apartment in the time it takes to heat up. I tried to just turn it on and let it spin and wait for it to heat up. But that takes so long that you have a puddle of water on the floor because it keeps shooting out water while you wait. Very poorly thought out product. I maybe used the thing 12 times. I’ve had it for about 14 months now. The very first time using the mop was GREAT. But you quickly realize it’s complete junk. I also reached out to Bissel to see if they could help but no response. Check out the picture attached. Buy this if you want that water on your floor. First review. Alright I am conflicted with this steamer mop. It does clean the floors really well and leaves them nice and shiny. Easy to use as well. I really do enjoy cleaning with it. My problem with it is that for some reason the head of the mop seems to be storing water. When I shake the mop around you can hear water swishing around in there. Wouldn't be an issue except this water leaks out of the mop near the spinners on the bottom. The water that comes out is a weird rusty orange brown color. After cleaning when I take the mop heads off it drips this brown water everywhere. When I put the mop back in storage I have to come through and wipe up a trail of that brown water with a paper towel. I tried to take the mop outside and shake the mop around to drain the water but it just kept coming. I sent an email to their customer support about this but have not heard back. Not sure if I am missing something here. If it weren't for this issue I would give this 5 stars.

A great steam cleaning system with no chemicals. Saves a lot of time.
This is one of the best investments in appliances that I've made. Cleaning the floor used to be a big job. I have natural slate floors. I used all the usual methods of cleaning but finally had to get on my hands and knees and scrub with a brush because with natural stone, dirt gets into the pours of the surface. It was becoming too painful to be on my knees. I looked for years trying to find a cleaner that I thought would really work. Then I saw this one with the steam cleaning system, no chemicals, watched the demonstration videos, and was sold. It works so well and takes virtually no extra work. You just have to vacuum first. Watch the videos yourself to see. I take the pads off after using them, wash them by hand with soap using a scrubbing brush, and then put them in the laundry with a load of towels. I don't put them in the dryer although you can. I hang them up to dry.

Effective Cleaning with Room for Improvement
I've been using the BISSELL SpinWave SmartSteam for a few months now, and overall, I'm quite pleased with its performance. The rotating mop pads are a game-changer, making it much easier to tackle stubborn dirt and grime on my hard floors. The steam function adds an extra level of cleaning power, leaving my floors feeling genuinely clean and refreshed. One of the standout features is how it handles different floor types. Whether it's tile, hardwood, or laminate, the SpinWave SmartSteam adapts well, and I haven't experienced any damage to my floors. The ability to control the steam output is also a nice touch, allowing me to adjust based on the mess at hand. The mop is relatively lightweight and easy to maneuver, which makes cleaning larger areas less of a chore. I appreciate the swivel steering, as it helps me navigate around furniture and into corners without much effort. However, there are a few areas where this mop could improve. The water tank capacity is somewhat small, requiring refills during longer cleaning sessions. Additionally, while the rotating pads are effective, they can occasionally fling water droplets onto nearby surfaces or baseboards. The cord length is adequate but not generous - an extra few feet would make it perfect for larger rooms without needing to switch outlets. Lastly, while the mop pads are washable, which is great for sustainability, they do wear out faster than I'd like, necessitating more frequent replacements. Despite these minor drawbacks, the BISSELL SpinWave SmartSteam has significantly improved my floor cleaning routine. It's a solid choice for those looking for an efficient, steam-powered mop with the added benefit of rotating pads. With a few tweaks, it could easily be a five-star product.

Fantastic
Fantastic! This thing drives itself and works way better than a traditional mop or swiffer! But extra mop replacements and change it out every so often. It uses just water and heats it is so that it sanitizes floors. Doesn’t streak like swiffer does.

Does a nice job!
Just takes a few minutes to set up and you are ready. Add water to container turn on. The icons are easy to see and understand. Wait until steam is ready pick icon for type of floor you are cleaning . Takes a minute to get your feel for moving back and forth. Does a decent job compared to other “mop” cleaners. The brushes come off easily and clean by your choice ( I put in laundry sink with hot water and soap) rinse and dry. My only con is when cleaning up against a wall that is caulked at the floor the spinning pads will leave a little dirty water at the junction at wall and floor. No big deal wipe with rag or paper towel. Does a nice job overall. Drys quickly.

A Very Good Scrubbing Steam Mop that Won’t Last
The lack of durability is biggest drawback for this otherwise nice, useful device is its major drawback. Its power, size, ease of use were more than sufficient for my needs. I actually enjoyed using it to easily clean the extensive tile floors that our home has. Used it enough over about a year to almost justify it's purchase price. Unfortunately for me, the mop began leaking water and stopped steaming due to a broken all-plastic valve situated where the water tanks attaches to the mop. As a potential buyer of a steam scrubbing mop, you might look for a more reliable manufacturer than Bissell.
