I've struggled for decades with sleep and have tried many many products but SLEEP is one of my go to's. I think it is the L-Glycine which is a calming neurotransmitter which other products do not contain. Sometimes I add a separate Taurine capsule also at bedtime. I make a "nighttime cocktail" with SLEEP and a powdered Magnesium MagFocus (berry flavored) with warmed filtered water about 2 hours before bed. Give this product a try. I hope it works for you. Good stuff, been using it for years. Not every night by on occasion. When I do, I wake up well rested and no after effects.

I love this stuff. I'll take it 45 minutes before bed and once I go to bed and fall asleep I'll get 8 hours of restful sleep. It tastes a bit funny but nothing some nice Rye whiskey won't cover up. My REM sleep usually goes off the charts when I take this stuff. The dreams range all over the place. Sometimes I'm saving the world from an evil alien race of cats trying to enslave all humans and dogs or perhaps some steamy romance involving Emma Roberts, Eva Green, and I in flagrante delicto. Sometimes Henry Cavill shows up, too ;p Your experience may vary.

I dislike that there’s silicon dioxide, cant Han gum and natural flavors.

This product certainly helps my brain to calm down so I can fall asleep and stay asleep

It’s natural and lets you calm down and get a goodnight sleep with little or no medication

It worked well but it was a bad taste in my mouth so I went back to something I know that works well.
