Easily connects to HomeSeer 3, and battery lasts a long while
I’m using this as a wireless light scene controller that also can be removed for portable use. That is, the switch is magnetic, and they give you a mounting bracket so it’ll clip onto the wall as if it were hardwired like a regular paddle light switch. You can then detach it and attach it as desired. I was a bit nervous because my home automation system is an older HomeSeer 3 setup, with an older Z-NET Z-Wave interface. My concerns were unfounded. It was easily included into my network, and events can be set up so when you press or hold press a button a command is sent to a device (or multiple devices, like the old MiniMotes). Reports battery life remaining 1-2 times a day, even if you don’t use the switch. I’ve attached a picture of the battery life graph that I track with the “Device History” 3rd party HomeSeer plug-in. Looks like the battery will last a reasonably long time on a charge (USB-C port — so standard), too. Great flexibility, too, in that there are Z-Wave parameters to control the control of the light. I’m planning to see if I can set it up so that when the battery is reported at, say, less than 20%, the light turns red when you use the device so you know you need to plug it in soon. The light works as follows. First, until you include it in the network, it doesn’t really work (tho my memory may be fuzzy on this point). Once included, pressing it causes the light to illuminate when it sends an event to the controller. Better yet, when you hold it down, the light doesn’t illuminate until a “long press” event has been sent. You know, in other words, that once you see the light, you can let go. This is an improvement over my old MiniMote Z-Wave remotes (the form factor of which I still prefer, but after 10 years the battery’s shot)l which would blink regardless of whether it sent a command. They also have a simple on/off variety that works off battery as an FYI. Pleased as punch that I found these!

worth every penny.
I have 6 or 7 of these now. Was tired of the unresponsiveness of some other remote switches i have and decided to try these. I'm using the Hubitat platform. easy to pair, easy to configure, the magnetic wall plate is awesome for popping it in a switch box but i just sticky peeled mine to the wall. I find that the keys can be a little sticky but its never caused it to mis a click. Absolutely love that it has a rechargeable battery through a USBC - been using for months now but haven't had to charge it. You can't go wrong with Zooz. i paired a couple of these to some bedroom lamps ( with a zooz smart plug) and its so nice not to have to get out of bed to turn the lamps off!

Inconsistent button feel.
Overall, I'm pretty happy with this and will purchase again. It's easy to program (I use Home Assistant) and easy to install. The one drawback is that the top button doesn't have great tactile feedback. It feels like it's catching a bit or maybe bouncing on contact. Over time it has worn in a bit and feels much better.

Great Z-wave Remote
Been using this 4-button remote for 2 months with Home Assistant. It works great. Very responsive. All other Z-wave devices in my house are Leviton. You want to stand next to the Z-wave hub while adding it to the network and be patient. It does take a minute or 2 to complete the process.

Difficult setup, cheap buttons….
Very difficult to setup, I have a SmartThings v2 hub, with many zwave devices that have been super easy to setup, but this required installing a special driver, and after many tries to get it to work, finally found additional instructions ( pressing buttons while device setup happens). Never had to jump through so many hoops setting anything up before. I have tens of light switches, dimmers, bulbs, many smart plugs and a few remotes, none were any trouble. Alison the build feels cheap, buttons (as has been mentioned) stick and feel plastic. But, once set, works great. Each button has 5+ options , click, hold, double press, etc, to set for separate things.

Fantastic Z-Wave switch when coupled with Home Assistant
This is my favorite Z-Wave product in my house. The four buttons, combined with the ability to specify what to do for up to 5 presses on each, offers such flexibility and possibilities. I have five of these switches in the most common rooms in my home. Each are set up for different scenes and devices depending on the button and press count. Home Assistant makes it so easy to program these switches, as always. I love that the switches are rechargeable, too! Even the mounting hardware with the magnetic backing so you can remove the switch easily is a bonus. Five stars all the way.

sticky button
I was able to pair this with my Hubitat hub with a little effort, and it seems to work fine as a Z-Wave device. However, one of the large buttons sticks down if you don't press it just right. The other buttons are fine. It doesn't seem to be well-made. I ended up returning this for a refund.

Tried two other brands that had little support
What a relief to get this installed on my new Hubitat C7 controller. The two other brands I bought - and returned - had minimal install information . This one came in a box with QR codes for each of the various controllers. The website was very thorough however I am new to this controller and I was trying to figure out how to do the programming on the “device” page as I had with everything else I installed. They also provided email address for questions. I sent an email with my questions and they quickly replied with the information and links which led me to doing the programming in the “Hubitat rules machine” .

Happy with this purchase as the product works perfect connected to my Z-Wave network using a ZOOZ Stick connected to a Raspberry pi 5 with Home Assistant. I literally found no issues other that the plastic used for making the product (I would prefer the plastic offered by Shelly, Aeotec, Phillips or Sonoff) Loocks cheap. But I can't use this as a negative review as this is only my opinion and I'm a bit perfectionist. Other members of my family likes it. Easy of use, good compatibility, good battery life - rechargeable, overall this product offers plenty of goodies. Not sure if the value for money is a good one - as for the cheap plastic used, however, I'm overall happy with my purchase and I'm still a happy user of this product.

So much you can do with this! Each of the 4 buttons can accept click, long hold, and multi-clicks (up to 5 each button). Has stayed reliably connected to Home Assistant via Zooz z-wave dongle

They work but have stick buttons. Both two of these switches that are used for two-bedroom fans/lamps connected to home assistant. The buttons seem to stick quite often and feel very cheaply made. I'm looking for another brand because for about $60 CAD these are not worth it.

I had to purchase 3 of this before getting this to work, but not without having to purchase a Z-Wave signal amplifier, because it could not reach SmartThings hub located only 20 feet away. Caveat emptor!
