EastPoint Original Axe Throwing Game Set – Steel Frame Target for Indoor and Outdoor Use

My kids are 12, 9, and 7 and they LOVE this game. It works well, pretty sturdy, though not too heavy, and always a hit with everyone. Adults as well. Something different to play in the backyard and easy to set up. I definitely recommend it to others!

This ax throw set is great! Assembly was easy. Instructions say 2 or more adults required for assembly, but I was able to put it together by myself (59 yr old woman), no tools needed. You will need to look closely at the blue metal pieces bc they are VERY lightly numbered on the ends. The black pieces are bagged and are not numbered, but the first page of the instructions does include a “identifier” for these pieces. I was not missing any parts. The instructions can be tricky and I recommend flipping to the last pages (pgs. 7 and 8) and looking at those diagrams. It’s very easy to put the piece that holds the axes on upside down. The target comes in 2 pieces that you connect together and when placed on the stand the crack in the middle goes horizontally. The 8 axes(4 red & 4 blue) are very light, stick perfectly and stay stuck on the target when thrown properly. Throw the axes too hard and they will bounce off. So far, my family (kids & adults) love this game! Set came with no game instructions for play, so you will need to make up your own “scoring” and rules of play. Game folds up nicely for storage. Super sturdy, colorful, and I feel it will last a long time! Money well spent!

We bought this for Christmas and I am super impressed with the quality. My kids can be rough on toys but this definitely passed the sturdiness test and is a lot of fun for older kids and the littles! It is easy to use and light enough to move around from place to place. It is currently being used inside during the winter but looking forward to bringing it outside in the summer for backyard parties. I think it is a very fair price and something I would purchase and gift again!

Great quality. Very sturdy and assembles easily. Very cool game for the whole family to have fun. The axes stick very firmly into the target. Great decision we made to invest in good times with our friends and family.

Perfect Christmas present for my son. He plays with it constantly. Has held up. Worth the money so much family fun. Easy to set up and also easy to store.

Easy assembly if attentive to numbers on parts and diagram. Works well and sturdy metal poles. Plastic joining pieces fairly sturdy. No replacement hatchets available so guess people buy plastic cheaper version for replacement hatchets. Hatchets likely to wear out before strike board needles. Probably would buy plastic version since hatchets not available just to reduce ling term expense. It requires a certain level of force and rotations to consistently stick on strike board needles. Easy to play, safe and fun for all ages. Board large enough for short distance throwing.

This axe-throwing set is far nicer than I expected! I originally got it for my 8-year-old grandson, but honestly, it looks like it would be a fun, adult-friendly experience as well. The quality is great, far superior to what I expected and it feels like something the whole family can enjoy together. Highly recommend!

Very sturdy...fun to play

It took a bit of time to assemble but great quality parts. We have played many rounds of this game - fun for older teens/adults.

Great way to get rid of frustration, Great competition between residents. They love the fact this is something different to do at a Nursing Home.

Easy to put together, I did however place the part that holds the axes in upside down an easy fix. The one concern my spouse had was the parts weren’t labeled. We’ve used it twice now. Both my big kid (spouse) and our neighbour were the first to use they really enjoyed it. The next day we set it up for our nephew and nieces they also had a blast. Looking forward to more fun times with this outdoor game.
