We were lucky to have handy friends over who were able to change it and now the doors open again.

This thing was great bang for the buck. Fixed the old sticking cable and has worked smoothly for the past 6 months. Fit was nice and didn't require modification.

The inside stranded wire cable is not near the thickness of the OEM one I was replacing. The ends look good and are attached very well. I am a little concerned about the cable thickness but I also know these cables are very strong.

I got one for 94 F-150 and it's a direct replacement for the original wire. Just make sure your locking bar doesn't fall while you put this thing in. Took me like 30 mins to do it all but it's definitely worth the buy
