I love to mix this with my coffee if I want a chocolatey flavor in it- yummy! Quality is great as well- helpful and can be used for baking also.

Guittard makes another unsweetened cocoa that I would recommend over this. It's Dutch process, comes in a red can and is much tastier. This is good but I prefer the other.

Glad I found this organic cocoa for hot or cold chocolate drinks. It's light in color and not too heavy in taste. It makes a refreshing chocolate milk. Good value for the price.
