I have had a home gym for many years, and it took me a long time to utilize all of the equipment that was included with it. However now as an intermediate lifter, I needed more. Simply connect it to any pulley in your home gym and it could be used for a variety of things. You could do close-grip pull-downs. You could do rows. You could do kettlebell squats. You could do an endless amount of exercises with this one piece of attachment. Overall, the quality was great, very strong, and durable with a portable and functionable design. It had a knurled grip which made it easy to hold onto it and not slip during exercise if you're sweating. Overall, I would highly recommend this attachment for everyone and I would highly recommend you purchase it if you're looking for accessories to add to your home gym.

This rowing attachment is excellent, and a must-have for your cable machine. This particular unit is high quality steel, with strong welds, excellent fit & finish. This will easily hold more weight than you can row with no safety concerns at all. The handles are the perfect diameter for using bare or with grips, and the knurling is very comfortable on the hands while providing plenty of grip on heavy pulls. The black finish is surprisingly nice and seems like it will last a long time. The included carabiner is nice bonus and is also good quality, strong steel. For the price, this has to be one of the best options available for this style attachment. No reason to spend a ton of money on such a simple attachment.

A solid piece of equipment and a great deal. I use this and other handles multiple times a week. The design is pretty standard, but I love the rubber grip and the knurling is not bad at all. The swivel loop is solid and rotate smoothly and is easy to use with any cable machine or functional trainer you own. It doesn’t really creek like some do when it swivels so I would say the noise level is pretty good as well. There’s not much to say about how effective it is as it is great for what it’s for, I even use it for close grip, pull downs or rows. I would say that it’s very well built and heavy so if you plan on taking it in your gym bag to use a public gym just account for that weight.

This is a good, chunky, solid V-handle. It's a little bigger than I expected (I didn't look at the measurements), and a good deal heavier too. Certainly more than big enough for the biggest of hands. (See pics). The welds look good and solid, the chroming is good, the knurling is crisp, deep, and grippy. I use gym gloves when I use it, but even with bare hands it's comfortable and grippy enough that you won't slip. It feels very nice to use and I'm appreciating the mechanics of the narrow, neutral grip in my cable workouts. It comes in a plain, very sturdy box. It does not include a carabiner. I'd be more than happy with it if I'd paid £25, and I paid less than £17, so very good value I'd say. Recommended.

I purchased this for my home gym and love the build quality, weight and design. While the handles can be slightly more comfortable, I like the strong plastic it is so I don't have to work about ripping it over time. It's pretty heavy but I like that, especially for the type of exercise I do with it. The ring for the carabiner is pretty thick but it brings confidence to the security. Ultimately, I would be interested in looking at what other products they have if the build quality is anything like this.
