The strawberry and banana flavor. I feel like it’s really good and can’t be mixed with other things as well. I haven’t had another flavor. I’ve been saying true to the strawberry and banana, but if it’s not broken, I don’t fix it so it works perfect for me as well as me feeling pretty full with drinking it but not too full to wear I can’t have a breakfast on the side or maybe a lunch on the side but as time goes on your appetite will build so it will allow you to probably be able to eat, and drink around same time, if that’s what you’re aiming for. It’s super easy to use either milk or water. It totally depends on you.. it dissolves pretty good but I do suggest that you blend it for a nice period of time

I've noticed a couple pounds of muscle packed on. I have a high metabolism and very active lifestyle so packing in calories and protein can become a challenge. This product flavor is pretty good! Not chalky like most protein. Great bang for the buck. Hasn't upset my stomach like most people complained about. Definitely getting another one once this is finished

Bought this to put on weight because I have a high metabolism and it does make you feel full. It also helps to incinerate body fat while building muscle mass. I find it works way better than isolate and for its price I can't say anything is bad about it if you mix it right.
