Ok, so I’ve read a lot of negative reviews that this bra is being too tight. First of all, this is an extra back support bra with front closure. If you measure under your bust then ADD 4 to that number according to the provided instructions and chart, you will find your correct band size. With traditional bras, I take a 36 band but with this particular bra, I take a 40. The criss-cross bands in the back are elastic that help with posture. If you measure and purchase the correct size this is the most comfortable bra you will ever own. I am in between cup sizes where the measurement according to the chart was a bit snug with a little spillage under the armpit, so I went up a cup size and this bra fits perfectly. I have a droopy tear drop shaped bust but this bra gives me a lift and a flattering shape under my shirts. Amazon has the best value price on these bras. Even with a sale in department stores this is the best price I’ve found. Just a little tip: go to a department store and try them on in different sizes to find your perfect fit before purchasing online. That way you won’t have to do a return. I highly recommend this bra( I’ve purchased 10). Best thing is NO UNDERWIRE!

These bras are a present from Heaven. My back gives me such grief but this front snap helps a lot. Plus I can adjust it to fit exactly how I need it to fit. The seams are smooth, plus I love the shiny color, very pretty. Since I can get the straps to adjust well, the support is perfect. It is a great product, at a great price. Try it....you will love it.

Loved the looks, but was too small! Ordered the size I've always worn. If I ordered again I would order a larger size

They have changed the 18 hour platex bra. The added support in the back is nice,but they took away the support in front. I have worn the Platex 18 hour bra for years, because it was comfortable and had the support I need. I won't buy it again. The straps roll up and cut into my shoulders. Overall it is the most uncomfortable bra I have ever worn.

I cannot say that the bra I received is a second but it sure was not caught by any quality control. The eyes have been practically sewn over with very little eye open to accommodate the hook. This must be why the price is cheaper than normal. Buyer beware! Playtex shame on you for such shoddy workmanship. Your reputation is suffering because of profit margin.

Great fit for me. after breaking my arm I needed a front closure bra that was supportive as well. Ordered my regular size and while it’s snug, it has great back support, which helped with my back and shoulders due to wearing a sling

Plates is a quality item. I needed the front closure because of a broken arm. Items were shipped and received quickly.
