This kettle is just AMAZING. So easy to use and looks cute. I’ve a restaurant and using for my restaurant. I’ve multiple people has been asking me for it and I definitely recommend it. All above that the seller if very professional and helpful. I had a small issue and he called me directly and helped me to resolve the issue..!

After one year, leaking, also is not keep to hot, all plastic I don’t like it, looks nice but too cheap If you buy this product, make sure buy protection plan on it, this is me 2 one I bought it is same issue. Don’t waste your money

Only worked for 3 months, after that it would stop heating water after the temperature reached to 75 degrees.

Glass, therefore no metallic taste, and you can see exactly what is inside. Plus, very easy to use, and beautiful. You can prepare the water for the day in the morning an have an immediate supply of hot water for drinks or cooking at any time all day long.

Perfect size and cute design!

I used this Samavar a maximum of 20 times before it stopped boiling water. Water reaches 75F and stops rendering it useless. Reaching customer service is another nightmare. You can only send email via Amazon, and after one week wait, they just send a canned reply that will get back to you soon but never do. This process repeated for me for 6 weeks and continuing. A waste of money and precious Earths resources.

I use this product for making tea and it is a good product.
