I’d say it’s more on the average size
I bought this as a novelty item. It actually has a directional switch for reverse and tighten. It’s super tiny and cute. Fits in my Leatherman Skeletool, and also Leatherman Surge. But does not lock in. There is a groove to lock into your but holder , but I might have to do some finagling to make a deeper channel to allow it to lock. That being said, it’s snug, it doesn’t slide out. The Leatherman slim bits and also standard hex bits fit inside just fine. The Leatherman slim bits fit into the groove perfect, and do not slide through the hole. They also lock in, so it doesn’t slide out. This is very well thought out tool that works just like a regular ratchet should, but in all honesty it’s just a novelty item. I don’t foresee myself using this as an actual usable tool. It’ll work, but you won’t be able to put any real force down to unscrew a stubborn bolt. Maybe I’ll update later with my finagling job to make it lock into the bit holder. But it’s cool, and a fun little add-on tool to your Leatherman arsenal. Def worth a buy. Get it. You’ll love it.

Great value, awesome tool
Great addition to any Leatherman tool, especially if you EDC your Leatherman and use the bit driver a lot.

Perfect little tool to carry with a multitool.
Great size to carry with a multitool. Works really well with any of the driver bits I’ve used so far. This seems to be a well built tool and is not delicate despite its small size.

"Handy" little ratchet
Its so tiny and portable some might call it "handy". It has a nice glide to the teeth forward/reverse switch is nice and tactile. Fits into any the leatherman proprietary bit holder which is why I bought it. The 2 negatives I have found The price for such a small tool but it should be expected when buying such a small and useful pocket tool. I can honestly over look this one. The other negative is that while it will accept the leatherman proprietary bits not all of them have proper retention. Some bits hold fine while other will fall right out of it. Seeing how I bought this to go along with my Wave+ I had a hard time over looking this fact. Good overall but its only a pocket or EDC tool so it has its limitations.

Convenient accessory for some Leatherman tools
If you own a Leatherman ARC this tool works great as part of your accessories and can be outfitted with many bits or sockets. It also has a key chain hole so you can keep this on your key chain. I have a small bag of commonly used sockets I may take biking, on the motorcycle or out to the shed for the mower and this makes fast work of things.

Works brilliantly for bathroom hardware
When I found out about this on a reddit post I was hooked and had to get it. The straight ratchet extension already found an immediate use, so I figured this was no different. Once I got it, I realized it's more niche for tight spots and for bathroom hardware with set screws close to the wall. The slim bits are a little loose, but that's kinda the nature of them, full size bits work brilliantly though. It's worth noting that if you push too hard down on the slim bits they can push slightly through the other side and mar the lip that keeps the bit from coming out the other side. I keep both ratchets attached to my leatherman with small buttons magnets and a titanium pocket clip so I always have it with me. The price is a little high for what it is, and many people say "for that money I can buy a full size ratchet", but they are missing the point entirely. A leatherman isn't a perfect tool replacement, it's the tool you have on hand when you need it. same with this ratchet. If you're debating on getting it, just get it. It really is worth it, even if its a little more niche then the straight ratcheting driver extension.
