Fits S&W 686 & 586-357 mag, with 4" Barrel iwb, owb, ambidextrous Revolver Holster

Positive; Excellently made, thick leather, superb quality, comfortable... I forgot I was wearing a heavy revolver inside the waistband. I'm glad I bought this. Good price too, compared to others. Negative; My 586 rear sight was under pressure. They should cut out or remold the leather to form fit around the rear sight better, although in time the leather will form around the sight. I put the 586 away and carried my Ruger GP-100 3" fixed sight in the holster... PERFECT!!! Metal clip was a bit thin, but not a big deal, easily replaced. For a 4" or 3" S&W 581/681, or Ruger GP-100 with fixed sights, this holster is comfortable, rugged and gives a snug, secure fit for IWB carry. Very happy with this holster!

Purchased for 686 with 4 inch barrel and 7 round cylinder. Fits gun like a glove, and conceals AIWB like a dream to my surprise. Highly recommend for a good reasonably priced IWB holster

The holster itself is good, but the belt clip is very week and does not hold well on the belt. Therefore I don't even wear it.

Great quality leather, perfect for year round carry, pants, shorts, sweats and concealed. As with any leather holster it’ll take a little bit to break it in but I couldn’t be more satisfied with the purchase.

Perfect fit for SW 686 7shots 3in. Good quality leather. Nothing fancy and holds the gun in place IWB. Easy to draw and re holster without collapsing.
