Excellent product
Excellent product at an excellent price. Phone arrived quickly and easy to set up it came with the basics a USB cable a back phone cover and a screen cover.

Plesantly surprised!
I was not sure what to expect when purchasing this phone as I have had previous problem buying a phone on amazon but I took a chance and it paid off. The phone arrived earlier than expected. So far so good, I only use it for basics but I do like the quality of photo's it takes. A good phone and not bad for the price. I had seen a refurbished phone for the same price I bought this one for.

Phone waa a fake...and bad one I couldnt make a photo because it was blurry When i was talking they heard mostly noises not myself and glass broke at first days despite double protecting:full body protector and hard glass dont buy please..i love this model..had it few times...but now i dont belive that i could find good one anymore...

Lavender S9
Arrived very quickly and in good packaging. Set up was easy had a problem with part of the screen being unresponsive but resolved this after reading online trouble shooting, just a quick adjustment in settings solved it. Bought this phone as an upgrade from S6 , which I had for 5 years. At the time of writing this I am still getting used to navigating my new phone very happy with this purchase and would recommend.

Brand new
I haven't actually opened the sealed box. My current S9 is still alive but will look forward to opening the new one in a few weeks. The S9 is so much better than larger androids and is perfect for photos and Internet. The vendor delivery was as expected. 5 🌟

Buyer beware
Its genuine, its in a sealed box but what looks new is not necessary new. Mine was 15 months old so the Samsung warranty expires in June. So if this is important to you then look elsewhere and probably pay more. Even then I suspect you will be lucky to find this model actually new. Remember once the S10 came out people no longer wanted this older model hence traders were able to buy them up at discounted prices in bulk. You do get the standard traders 1 year guarantee for whatever that is worth seeing as a lot of web traders nowadays are here one day gone the next. Buying a S9 after the S10 was released is a gamble which could leave you seriously out of pocket should the worse occur. A little more honestly from traders about the real age of there products would be appreciated.
