EXTREMELY well packed- they even had the styrofoam wrapped in plastic (I'm assuming so you won't have styrofoam all over the material). Very simple step by step instructions explaining everything, parts labeled,list of materials and they even gave extra screws. We bought the bed frame and the footboard that matched the headboard and didn't realize we had an extra footboard (the lower one regular kind) so we can switch if we like to but absolutely LOVE the matching footboard. We went furniture shopping and saw a similar bed for $7,000!!!! We live in the furniture capital of the east coast (NC) so kinda spoiled with good named brand and quality made furniture. Little hesitate about ordering online like this but sooooo glad we didThis is beautiful, well made, packed EXTREMELY well which we were concerned about shipping but this thing can drop from a building and not be damaged. We were concerned about carrying inside because figured with headboard, frame and TWO footboards it would be extremely heavy but it came packed in two boxes- hubby used hand truck for one and UPS driver carried in other one over his shoulder. I think they both could have been carried but hubby was ready with hand truck expecting a huge heavy box😜. Both boxes weighed 60lbs from what I was told but not big and clumsy as we thought- easily can fit through any garage doorway which is usually a bit smaller than a front door. We were both pleasantly surprised of the quality for the price. Saved alot of $$. Don't hesitate in buying. Great deal!!! Bed is put together but we haven't moved in yet so may send update. The media could not be loaded. I was very hesitant to order a bed online because you rely on the pictures only. When I received it I prayed hard for it to be good so i don't have to return it. You would not know until you assemble it. First I did a lot of measurement because my previous bed was a lot bigger than this. This new bed is lower by 4 inches comapred to my old one. So I decided to replace my box spring from 9 inches to 5 inches. Please NOTE: this bed needs a box spring. I used my 14 memory gel foam that gives me the total height of 27 from the floor. I have no complain as it brightens my room. I bought a matching accent chair from the same company and it matches the bed. So you be the judge!

The bed looks fantastic. I put it together in less than an hour (my wife helped with some of the project). It's very solid--those who say otherwise may not have built it correctly. The directions are very clear. I had a box spring and mattress. Definitely recommend a box spring to raise the bed some. Overall, very pleased with the bed.

Fell apart only after a year.. they don't make beds the way they used to.. now we're sleeping on the floor. Really wish it would have lasted longer. Footboard came off first then the sides fell off

This bed is absolutely beautiful! The instructions were the best I had ever received in a piece of furniture that needed to be assembled! I have had so many complements!

Bed is not as nice in person The side rails are very narrow and the legs for the rail support and the footboard are plastic. I was not impressed and sent the bed back. Be aware of their return policy. They picked up the bed on 8/2 and was received by Amazon on 8/7, however, as of today 8/29 I am still waiting for my refund.
