Cedar Wood Ankle Boot Trees

Better than the trimly ones for RM Williams craftsman’s and similar Chelsea boots.

Item arrived fairly quickly and was accurate. They are boot trees, trees for your boots. But a bit small for anything bigger than Chelsea boots.

Unfortunately these just don’t fit or offer any protection to a man’s boot as the footbed is too narrow and short so the sides and toe area are left unprotected. Perhaps they might fit a woman’s boot better but I can’t verify that. Such a shame really, if the fit was correct then they would have suited my needs perfectly..

Best value boot trees I could find on the internet, do the job perfectly.

I have been using these boot trees for over a year now, they do their job perfectly, the size was perfect for my shoes great value for money and they keep the shape of my shoes intact although with some of my boots I’ve had to stuff newspaper in with it overall it’s a great product.

I noticed some of the harsher reviews and wanted to share a more positive experience. I paid my own money for these and did not receive anything in return for this review. These boot trees are significantly cheaper than other wooden options, but they still feel well-made, flex nicely, and should last a long time. The untreated cedar is also meant to be better for leather, helping absorb moisture and maintain the boots’ condition. I had shoe trees in before, but they didn’t properly straighten the back stay of the boots like these boot-specific trees do. These give the boots a gentle stretch back towards their original ‘as new’ shape. The toe box, vamp, and heel/back stay are now nicely supported, and I feel confident that these trees will help protect and maintain the boots while they’re stored over the summer months.

I would not recommend this product. These are a great idea but lacking in usability. They slide into one boot without issue, while the other required hammers encouragement.
