Very helpful to protect passport
This item is not rigid, so bear that in mind, but I found this item useful to protect my passport while in my pocket while travelling. It will keep it dry, help to protect the pages from curling, and will protect against impact damage. It won't protect against it being squashed due to not being rigid, but I think that this is a good compromise to add additional protection while not being too large. This is especially useful if your passport does not have a rigid identification page like mine, and you want to make your passport last.
