Took some time to learn how to use and assemble it to wear it, however once figured out by using the product images, within a few weeks of wearing it my posture has significantly improved from a slouch due to heavy schoolbags to a great posture and significantly less back pain, it has also lead to an improvement in my confidence as a solid posture means the world when presenting yourself in public.

Velcro loosens grip if placed too tight, better to get right size.

The product suppose to be easy to handle and wear. Unfortunately it’s complex to tie around. Regardless, it is still a good posture corrector.

I bought Large size. Waist belt and shoulder belt both were small .I returned and bought XL size. It's waist belt is Large and shoulder belt are still small. I am using it by putting additional attachments on shoulder belt.
