Replacement Traditional Ceramic Toilet Cistern Lever Flush Handle Chrome Detailing

Original cistern lever broke due to snapping of metal casting. Looked at big name suppliers who we bought bathroom off & they wanted in excess of £25 for the same item. Found this one on Amazon, checked dimensions & realised it is the exact same item. Arrived today & it is exactly as per the picture (was a worry based on previous comments), is nice & heavy, well made, a super finish & not flimsy at all. Fitted it in 5 mins without changing anything (bar is a little on long side but if needed it could easily be shortened though I didn't have to). Perfect & worth so much more than listening to the sales drivel at the showroom!

Used to replace broken handle. Originally bought a cheap one to get the job done quickly, but now swapped to this one which fits in with the rest of the bathroom. Fitted a 25 year old Twyfords toilet no issues, took 5 mins. Feels fairly heavy and good quality. Recommended.

Had to use hacksaw to remove old handle, otherwise new handle is sturdy and should last long time, also looks good and comfortable on hands to use.

Never thought I'd find myself writing a review for a toilet lever but this has honestly transformed the performance of our downstairs loo! Incredibly easy to install (I am terrible at even easy diy tasks) and it just works properly. Highly recommend. Worth the paying the slight extra cost over the cheapest options.

Great Quality product

Very good. The only slight issue was that out loo cistern is curved, so I had to reuse the curved spacer part of the old handle to fill the gap. It fitted perfectly, but please bear this in mind if you don’t have an existing handle. I also had I cut down the square shaft as it was a bit too long, but that was easily done with a hacksaw. Quality and aesthetics are good and I expect it should last a while.

Works well now but I did have to wrap some wire around it in order to stop the extra play in the handle. You get what you pay for. The handle it self feels nice but a bit of a let down. Happy with it now I sorted it. I’m sure some folk might be left with a useless handle if not sure how to fix the play issue.

This quality handle was just what I wanted. My previous handle had literally snapped in half at that metal shaft- must have been cheap! I bought this more expensive one and was not disappointed. It comes with the required accessories, the plastic nut, etc, easy to install. Really like the final look.
