Davosa Swiss Made Professional Men Watch, Ternos Automatic Illuminated Analog Display with GMT Dual Time, Stylish Wrist Band & Ceramic Bezel

I am very pleased with my first Ternos timepiece. The BATMAN model is a very nice watch. I am not a watch snob and will purchase Swiss Made like Davosa. I will admit. I own the Rolex "black / blue". I purchased the first edition from Rolex in 2016. When the prices on that model climbed past $15,000, I put mine in the safe. I am not going to walk around with that much money on my wrist regardless how much I liked the timepiece. I missed wearing the watch and looked for a more reasonable replacement. I looked at Steinhart, Deep Blue, Squale and a few others. All of them made a black/ blue model. But Davosa was the best of the group that I compared. I do not consider my Davosa a homage watch. I like to use the word "tribute" and for that I thank you for offering the piece. My BATMAN Davosa Ternos is a very substantial timepiece. It has good weight and the fit / finish is excellent. The ceramic bezel is amazing plus the sapphire crystal. I love the cyclops. The bracelet is great plus the bonus of screw in links. It has just enough high polish to catch the light. I prefer to have the brushed finish dominate which this has. Who is to argue with the ETA engine inside. A true workhorse. Overall...it is the best of the group I reviewed. Yes, it costs twice as much as a Steinhart but I think it is worth it. Thank you again. The best review I can give you is when I wore the BATMAN Ternos to work last Friday. One of my coworkers commented "he thought I put the Rolex away". I told him I did, this is a Davosa. I let him handle the Ternos and he was equally impressed. I liked my Ternos "black / blue" so much I just ordered my 2nd!! Another Ternos GMT. The Davosa team is 1st class. I had a few questions which were answered very quickly thru email. The team also followed up with me after my purchase to sure I was completely satisfied with my timepiece. Donald

Davosa makes a great finished time piece but to keep it short the price is simply to much to pay for a homage copy of a Rolex. The dealers get around the price here by offering coupon codes that bring the price in line at under 500.00 US for the line up. The resale on these shudders in at 375.00 - 475.00 so you defiantly get the new car off the lot depreciation. For the most part they have used a standard reliable movement and have a respectable water resistance level that you can take their word for. The bracelet clasp I never really cared for on mine as it is a step down in comparison to the rest of the time piece. The hand set is small on the face and the seconds hand pip rides in an odd location. The crown is oversized and has a mismatched look vs the the watch finish. Some will prefer the lager crown and chalk it up to ease of use. I found it to become a slight esthetic balance issue when I looked down a the face and case. All in all a decent build with a few slights and a price that should be a few hundred dollars lower.

I love the fit & finish of this watch. The case, bracelet, crystal and crown all have a refined feel to them. The security clasp is a little hard to pop open because there is no notch for your finger nail to dig into but that is a minor complaint. I've been wearing the watch over a week straight and it keeps great time. Despite a beefy case its comfortable on the wrist. When you wear it you know you have a substantial mechanism on your wrist. There is nothing cheap here. It wears & feels like the Rolex Batman GMT but for over $7,000 less. I'm not saying this is as good as the Rolex, that would be silly. The Rolex is expensive for several reasons but this Davosa is reasonably priced for the level of workmanship you're getting. I own a couple of high-end watches including an Omega Seamaster & Bell & Ross Pilot Sapphire chronograph, but I can see this being my "go to" daily wearer.

Great quality, outstanding appearance and absolute satisfaction with the purchase. Rolex are slightly more detailed and I believe better overall, but cost times more. I am very happy with this purchase and definitely will buy Davosa again. And this one is super accurate: 5 days running 2 seconds slow, wear watch 6-8 hours a day.

Let me save you $1,299! Buy another brand. There other brands out there that are even a fraction of the cost with same quality materials. I mean if you went on this route of Homage watch save yourself money. Rolex on like this watch just “brand” that you are paying for. Don’t pay for overpriced watch an parts. But if you did already cheers!

Die Uhr sieht gut aus, insbesondere die Vergrößerung des Datums ist sehr gut. Leider geht die Uhr am Tag mehr als 1 Minute nach, das habe ich bei diesem Preis nicht erwartet. Für die Rücksendung habe ich mir zu lange Zeit gelassen, sodass die Frist abgelaufen ist. So werde ich sie seltener tragen und die meiste Zeit dem Uhrenbeweger überlassen. Eine klare Kaufempfehlung möchte ich daher nicht abgeben. NS: Nach einem Telefonat mit Davosa habe ich die Uhr eingeschickt, sie wurde als Garantiefall entmagnetisiert und läuft jetzt zu meiner Freude korrekt. Daher nun volle Punktzahl mit Kaufempfehlung.
