Great thickener
Received this in a resealable ziptop bag with February 2026 as the expiration date. This arrowroot powder is a great thickener in my stir-fry. Am also going to use it for a coconuty cookie.

This product comes with a small label stating that it contains LEAD. The product cannot be returned. Don't waste your money. Deceptive advertisement as you do not want to use products containing lead in food for human consumption, or otherwise.
