I recently picked up the FitBeast Hand Grip Strengthener Workout Kit, and I'm very pleased with it, giving it a strong 4.5/5. This kit is great and I specifically keep it at my desk at the office for a stressful day. The set includes five different tools (adjustable grip, finger exerciser, resistance band, etc.), offering a fantastic variety to hit every muscle in the hand and forearm. The adjustable grip is perfect for quick warm-ups or building consistent strength. I find the simple act of using the equipment during a phone call or between tasks is incredibly helpful for relieving stress and tension. The tools are well-made and durable, and the compact size means they fit neatly in my desk drawer. It's a comprehensive and effective kit for anyone looking to boost hand strength or just manage workplace anxiety.

Pretty decent, if you have beginner to intermediate grip strength then honestly this is a good purchase, though the only challenge I really got was from the 2 grip trainers on near max setting everything else is a bit too easy, though the ball is bouncy and good for stress.

Have bought these to hopefully help me get better strength in my grip. Quality is good at a reasonable price. Can adjust the strength very easily. There are several different types of equipment within the bag so you can experiment which ones you can use. Was at a very good price so hopefully in time this will give me better grip time will tell.

This hand grip set is great. The adjustable hand gripper feels solid and well-built. Easy weight adjustment to dial up or down depending on your strength level. The digital counter is a brilliant touch for tracking reps and staying motivated. I also love the variety of accessories included, the grip ring, stress ball, and finger stretcher make it perfect for full hand, finger, and forearm training. Just done over-do it, you will regret it

Counter function still has a long way to go to be useful.

I bought these to strengthen my wrists and hand grip I love the big ones I don’t know wha there called! But they work amazing you can change the strength and it has a counter so you can keep track of how many you have done without keeping it in your head! I also like the ring one it’s kinda like a fidget thing so you can use it when you’re stressed and it’s giving you a workout! i am not much of a fan of the ball but that’s a texture thing and the finger rings I haven’t really used but they seem good if only a bit uncomfy.
