Good little device, however, my elderly father wasn’t sure how to latch and un-latch the legs, or the fact that there is an integrated lamp which needs batteries, something we only worked out by looking at the picture on the box as there weren’t any instructions included.

As i get older small print is harder to read. This magnifier makes reading small print in magazines that much easier

Great idea! Magnifier and height of legs perfect…but legs are very flimsy and one won’t stay up, little spring that holds it is bent. If legs were stronger then it would have been five stars!

Not easy to manipulate to read a book. Have to shorten a thin cord to set screen at correct distance between eyes and book in order to read. Side of page is often blurry and have to move book around to see print. Would be nice to have a wider cord as this narrow one is not very comfortable and perhaps a directions enclosed.

Very poor magnification wouldn't recommend for use

Bought this for my mother whilst she waited to have her cataracts done and she found it extremely helpful. "You can even read a book in bed whilst wearing it around you neck" she enthused.

Good magnification but flimsy frame

Found it very hard to focus due to my eye condition.
