Digestive Biscuits, 360g (Pack of 7)

I'd purchased these based on the reviews here and their reputation abroad. A delightful little tea-time/anytime snack, these little cookies do remind you of graham crackers in taste, but they're not as sweet and have a slight baking soda aftertaste that remind me of Violet Crumbles. The consistency is course grain but crumbly. In your mouth, the cookie falls apart into small crumbs like what you'd find on a graham cracker pie crust. Amazon did a wonderful job in shipping. I know a lot of people have stated that theirs came in crumbled, but almost none of mine were broken. Mine arrived as a box inside a box and had bubble wrap and tacky tape that tried to keep each roll stationary. But another reason for their good condition might have been that they didn't have to stay in transit long. It looks like mine came out of Florida, and they were delivered to South Georgia. Either way, I'm extremely satisifed with the quality and shipping of my purchase.

A favorite store where I regularly bought these went out of business. Big loss. I bought at least 6 at a time because they were hard to find at a good price. There is no substitute for McVitties. These were fresh, crisp and wonderful. There were a few cracked edges and ends but not an issue. Best of all, they were the same price as the favorite store. A total Win Win.

Flavor is based on type of biscuit and is medium flavor. Mcvites digestives are great biscuits and unlike most cookies not moorish I.e. easy to eat recommend serving. Good as a light snack at home and travel. This particular order biscuits came I. Individual boxes which meant that so far no broken biscuits. NOTE these are wheat biscuits and not recommended for people with gluten issues.

Yummy. However, frustrating when they arrive w/lots of crumbs & I do wish they had a longer shelf life, cuz I like to buy the 4 or 6 packs, but they don't last 6 months, unopened - they get stale.

I love this, i sometimes go to indian store but i dont find it at times, i wish safeway etc all keep it. These are the best biscuits but unfortunately very very bad packing. these are pretty brittle and it breaks easily, this time i got with about 5 of the packs almost fully crushed, 3 were total powdered. I would never take it again from amazon, i get it way cheaper in indian groceries, just that stock there keeps getting over and i have to find the right time to get it . but it is better than eating powder. So somehow review is complicated, since the product is good and amazon has nothing to do with it, the only thing amazon has to do is handling and shipping, which is very badly done. So unfortunately my bad rating will affect the product, but please remember this is a good product, i am giving bad rating for amazon handling and shipping ONLY.

I love these delicious biscuits. When they are shipped tightly in an inner box, they are fine. However, when just shipped in plastic, as happened this time, they can arrive in pieces. 5 star for product. 2 star for shipping.

Biscuit taste is good but 80% broken and crumbled. Best use is for a dessert crust. I didn't buy it for a dessert crust, so I’m not thrilled. I like to eat them whole. Why are they so broken and crushed? Photo is 5-6 biscuits into pack, all still broken and crushed. 😭😢 Touch them and they fall apart to dust.

I ordered a 7 pack of the Digestives. There was a delay of 3 day for the delivery and when they finally arrived 4 of the 7 individual packs had a portion of the package seam open with more than half of the biscuits crushed. Although the product was visibly damaged, they were fine in taste. Possible product was old or handled roughly causing the damage.

Je les trouve aussi en grande surface. J'en mange des quantités astronomiques.
