Highly effective for cystic acne
Absolute best pimple patch to reduce cysts. I’ve tried them all and this is by far the most effective at reducing cysts overnight. Only downside is it is a little hard to remove the patch since it is small and transparent, but the give you tweezers to do so. Highly recommend if you need to reduce a pimple quickly. I always use it on cystic acne.

they actually work 😱
bought because of some influencer i saw, i have deep pimples every now and then. and these actually work, they’re kinda similar to the hero cosmetics micropoint and they pretty much work the same. only thing abt this one is it comes with a little serum that you put on the patch before sticking to your face. the micro darts on these also don’t go away. idk if that’s how they normally are. the hero cosmetics one kinda melt (??) into your skin, if that makes sense. but omg these work great, had the fattest ugly most painful pimple on the side of my head. which would hurt when i slept and if i accident hit it while brushing my hair. i used these for 2/3 days straight and that littler mfer died down with MINIMAL SCARRING. literally amazing if i could make out with however invented these i would. (i wouldn’t but yk)

Not Recommended for Hyperpigmentation-Prone Skin
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share this for anyone with sensitive or hyperpigmentation-prone skin. The darts in this patch are rigid metal. They do not dissolve in the skin. After using them, I experienced significant surrounding irritation and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. In two separate instances, the treated area developed deeper and wider discoloration than I have ever experienced from leaving a pimple alone. The adhesive was also weak and did not stay in place, which likely caused additional friction and trauma to already inflamed skin. For context, I have tried many acne dart and micro-patch products on the market, and I have never had this level of pigmentation or scarring from other brands. If you are prone to dark marks or have reactive skin, I would strongly advise caution. This product may work for some people, but in my experience it caused more damage than benefit. previously rated this product five stars because I initially believed it worked and assumed the hyperpigmentation I experienced was from the acne itself. After using it again, I now have a perfectly round, patch-sized area of hyperpigmentation on my chin that matches the size of the dart patch. This confirmed for me that the discoloration was caused by the product, not the original pimple. Because I am prone to hyperpigmentation, the rigid metal darts appear to have caused more trauma than benefit. I would strongly caution anyone with sensitive or pigment-prone skin before using this.

Works ig but expensive
They're alright at best and do their job (sorta). Pros: They do make cystic acne swell down quite a bit. You can put these on over night and they'll do the job but will leave a bit of redness behind. However, if you have an important picture or something big the next day and really cannot have a pimple, I'd get these because they do more for you than the average pimple patch. Cons: Expensive. They are really expensive for something that swells down the pimple for one day and then it kind of just comes back after a day or two. (Note: this is my skin, so I'm not sure if it'll work or be better for yours). Also, it's pretty hard to put the fluid on the little patch and have it stick onto your face for a while and let the piercing things work. It's pretty finicky and I wasted a patch learning how to put them on. This might be the reason it didn't work to it's fullest potential for me, but I'm not sure. Overall: I'd stick to regular hydrochloric patches unless you're really adament on getting rid of a cystic pimple in one night.

Works pretty well
These work pretty well overall. Most of the time I notice improvement after one use. Sometimes I need to treat the same spot twice. They are a little pricey for the amount you get so I try to buy when they’re on sale. Biggest complaint is that they come with a massive tube of serum for the amount of patches you get. Seems very wasteful since you are guaranteed to have a lot of product leftover.

Stay in place where you stick them
These are great! I do think there is a lot of packaging and it was a bit difficult to peel back to the individual patch and wish once you peeled it you didn't need to flip it to place the serum onto it but could of dropped it onto it while still in the packaging once peeled open for better ease of the process. These do have a pricking intensity when first pressed on as expected but nothing overly painful. It is a prick however so if that is not something you want then I wouldn't choose this dot. They stick on very well and don't come off on their own which is what you want, it to stay on. They do reduce and prevent a cyst from coming into a huge mess. I applied one onto one side of my face that had one in the same spot on the opposite side of my face which I left without a dot and just applied a topical acne product on and the side that I applied the dot flattened out whereas the side I didn't now has swollen broken skin and has a new cyst beside it so that is how I tested how truly effective these are and I can say I wish I had applied a dot to both sides of my face in the new cysts both that had just popped up that evening. These are comfortable enough to wear for the duration and do absorb nicely especially for ones with the spikes. Not sure what is in the serum you apply to the dot or can also apply the face which I also tested out on its own and it does do some reduction even without a dot but can sting a bit so something to be aware of. Overall id buy these again and do think they are worth the money. They aren't the thickest I've ever applied but not the thinnest either. I'd say thick enough to absorb and easy to grip but lay against the skin surface flat enough that its not super obvious that you have one on your face nor going to get a raised edge caught on something and then easily be pulled off such as a pillowcase or blanket while you sleep.

Waste of money

Can’t believe I shelled out £20 for these! You get a tube of ‘serum’ that you need to apply to the active side of the patch. Trouble is, no matter how teensy of a dot of serum you use, this inevitably leaks out to the adhesive bit. This means patches don’t properly adhere and makes them useless. Don’t waste your money.
