Q: How big are each pluck and pull cube?

Hi, it varies depending on the cases. They are about 0.5"x0.5".

Q: Do these outside dimentions include wheels and handles etc. for determining checked baggage limitations on airlines?

In fully collapsed mode, yes. Obviously not for when the handles are extended. I have taken the Nanuk 960 with me as checked baggage for international flights.
