Love it
This is such the perfect set. It comes with both size small and large, which is convenient for different stages of your period when your cervix moves (mine definitely does). The steamer is such a great addition to sanitize the cups. It’s small and compact so it’s easy to store and travel with. The extra accessories are a bonus! I’ve read comments about it being uncomfortable and I’ve definitely experienced that in the past with other cups, but these aren’t uncomfortable at all. I don’t feel it at all. I do think the silicone is a tad stiffer than brands like saalt, but it’s still soft and easy to maneuver. It’s been a minute since using cups, so I’m sure it will be a bit of a learning curve, but I’m committed to this! I highly recommend!

If you use period cups, you need this!
I could not rave about this steamer any more!!! I love it! Boiling the cups was a tedious task and I always felt like I had to have a designated pot for boiling them. This sterilized all my cups (I have 3 of them all different brands and they all fit) really well. You do need to be mindful of the limescale that can grow on it, I opted to use bottled water to sterilize the cups and that fixed the issue. I bought this a year ago and have used it consistently since then and it has given me no problems. Definitely worth the price.

Steamer: 10/10; cups: 6/10
Update: I’m updating my review. After I posted it someone from the company kindly reached out to me and offered me either a refund or that they would send me one of their discs for free to try because they felt it might be a better fit for me. I had never considered the disc before but I was going to buy a different cup anyway so I figured why not try the disc too since it was no risk. Just their offer was kind enough to warrant an updated review but I wanted to wait until I tried the disc so I could see how that went and it is amazing. If you’re struggling with comfort or leakage with the cup try the disc. And a huge thanks and kudos to the company for reaching out to both ensure I was left a happy customer but also that I got something that really worked for me. Original review: The steamer is amazing, I’m lukewarm on the cups. The steamer is super helpful. Boiling was killing my cups. As for the cups, this is my first time with this cup brand and while I like that they don’t push on my bladder as much, placing them and forming a seal is such a pain. I have to make about 6 attempts every time and if I don’t check it about 4 times I end up with a leak. I maybe had one leak in a whole year with my last cup, but like I said, that one pushed uncomfortably on my bladder. I’m torn for now, but def love the steamer.

A little scrapey…
This set is a great value and I’m excited to use the steam cleaner. Great invention. The issue is the actual cups themselves. Ouch?? I am used to using June cups (the company closed down - devastating). Those insert and are removed very painlessly and have very smooth edges. The pixie cup when I remove it; it almost feels like it’s scraping against the inside of my vaginal! I audibly said “ouch” when I was removing it the first time! I am testing out diff ways to remove but yeah… I miss the June :(

I feel less rage when I bleed
Boiling my menstrual cup is the bane of my existence. This sterilizer is a lifesaver. I feel so much better about my cups cleanliness and I am so much more willing to clean it than I was before. This product revolutionizes feminine care. Additionally the cups it came with are some of the best I’ve used. I’ve tried three other brands and this one is by far my favorite. I have yet to have an issue with leaking, which is unheard of in my 6 years of using cups. The packaging is also very thoughtful and cute

Convenience during an inconvenient time!
The sanitizer is amazing and the cups work well. They have been so much easier to use postpartum than I imagined! It's so nice to be able to just rinse the cup off, pop it in the sanitizer, and go again after it's finished. I love not having to go find mild soaps and do the boiling routine. This is so convenient and helps ME feel clean. I have also been very impressed with their customer service. If you have any questions or issues, definitely contact them asap!

World's best customer service? I 100% agree with that!
I have been wanting to try a menstrual cup for about 3 years. Even more so in the last year after finding out about all the crap in our pads and tampons. I ordered the cup and sanitizer combo. (I refuse to sanitize anything that was inside my body in a pot I use for cooking!) I had heard that there is a learning curve, but I was still committed to learning something new for the sake of my health (and my wallet). When it arrived, I was nervous and excited. It felt so weird and, it took me a second to get it in. But I did it. It was so comfortable! I kind of forgot it was in there. Then it came time to take it out. I thought surely it would be easier to take out than it was to put in. That was not the case for me. Not to be dramatic or anything but at one point (don't judge me) I considered going to the ER. I of course did not go, and once I calmed down I was able to get it out. I tried again on my next period and had the same experience. I was pretty bummed out. I knew I could contact customer service, but I didn't want to deal with that. Thankfully though, I finally talked myself into it. This is how it went. 1. I called the customer service number and left a message Friday night. 2. I received a text Sunday morning asking what they could do to make it right. 3. I texted back saying I kind of wanted to try the disc. 4. They notified me my disc combo pack was on its way. That was it! Never have I ever experienced customer service that great! No, fantastic! It was such a breath of fresh air. If you're considering trying a cup or a disc, I would HIGHLY recommend Pixie! I would argue that they really do have the world's best customer service!

Stopped working in 6 months
Worked great while it lasted. Bought June 20, 2025 February 2, 2026 it’s now dead. I tried plugging it into all the outlets possible in my house. Didn’t last even one year let alone 10.

Have used menstrual cups for the past 15 years and these have been some of the best I used. No issues whatsoever and love the steriliser, brilliant add on to a good quality cup.

The sanitiser arrived faulty and would not turn on. However, Pixie customer support were really kind and understanding and immediately sent me a new one.
